Purchased EarPods for €60.00 in October 2025, one stopped working in March 2026, returned the item with receipt to be told there is only a 2 month warranty and an email address was given to me to contact company in China to get a replacement even though there is a fault! Wouldn’t purchase anything again from here with this type of customer service. Seems ridiculous in this day and age that the wouldn’t just swap out the product for there be an end to it. Warranty for 2 months….BS!!

Excellent service! My iPhone wasn’t charging, so I took it to this repair shop. The technician quickly identified the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. To my surprise, he didn’t even charge me for the repair. Really honest and professional service — highly recommended!

Woke up to the better half having a busted screen, a quick AI Search and found a Pair store near me, booked in online, dropped the phone off and went for a Sunday carvedy meal, all done within the hour and back home, great service

My phone came back damaged. I now have a phone that needs a repair and unsalable, two light stripes going up my screen. I was told that I could get a discount if I wanted it repaired.

Have bought multiple screen protectors and other items. Items sold are of high quality and have served all devices well.

Great experience, the screen was replaced on the spot. It took a bit longer than what was advertised on the website (an hour and half instead of the expected 45 minutes) but I guess they were just busy with other repairs. I would definitely recommend them.

I dropped my ipad to the Cork shop for the next day service. Sadly it couldn't be fixed but I was given a very prompt service and a full refund without delay. Highly recommend.

Just remember before you hand your phone in, if they break something during the repair, they won't take responsibility!

There was a crack in my camera lens (although it did not affect quality) and I asked to get the glass replaced, which they said they could do. Once they replaced the glass, the camera is now unusable - extremely blurry, can't focus on any object, and every light source has glare. Its like someone fogged up the inside of the lens, or smeared it with vaseline. With strong lighting, I can actually see streaks on the lens itself.

I contacted support who told me I should have EXPECTED that my new iphone should have a camera quality this bad after repair. They then tried to imply that i actually had camera damage, which I didn't as I took pictures just fine MINUTES before giving the phone away for repair.

I am not sure if they just used subpar glass on the lens (Their site mentions they use 90% quality compared to Apple original - this is more like 1%), or if they messed up during the repair. I can see what looks like laser burn or scratches behind the lens glass, which might be caused by their machine.

Regardless, they were not careful or skilled enough for this task, and I was offered zero compensation or refund. My phone is now with Apple, pending a proper diagnosis and repair. Other 3rd party repair shops I went to all agreed that this was a shobby job. Think twice if you value your phone!
