Personable and helpful driver
Personable and helpful driver. Very pleasant hotel, with excellent food, great staff and a very warm welcome from the entertainment manager and the hotel staff.
Entertainment was mixed, but this was countered by having excellent company from fellow passengers and our driver.

The fact we didn't go to the Kelpies…
The fact we didn't go to the Kelpies which was the main reason we booked the trip. And the fact there was no back up. This trip was not cheap. We expected a five course meal and a choice on News Year Eve. Very disappointed.

Llandudno with Palmers - try it it is amazing.
The whole Palmer holiday was perfect from taxi to hotel and back.
The staff were perfect, polite and attentive. Housekeeping was immaculate, Driver, exceptional, Food amazing.
Brilliant Holiday all round. Will certainly be returning.

Spectacular Chatsworth
The coach was comfortable and the driver friendly and courteous. The hotel was very good, staff efficient and attentive. Chatsworth House was spectacular, but we felt 4 hours was too long to spend there as the tour of the house was over within an hour. More time in Bakewell would have been nice. However, all in all it was a well organised tour and a very enjoyable two days. Would certainly use Palmers again.

Ladies Shopping Trip
From the initial enquiry to the actual trip, Palmers were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to be as helpful/accommodating as possible.
The hotel was beautiful and just as described, the coach was spotless and our driver (Grant) was informative, funny and an all round lovely bloke.
The meet and greet on arrival made the whole process of checking in much easier and less time consuming, always a bonus after travelling.
I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Well organised and good value holiday. Grant, our driver was very friendly and informative. The hotel was very clean, on the promenade and the staff were very friendly. The meals were good. The lift was small but the porterage was very welcome.

Just got back from a trip to Devon…
Just got back from a trip to Devon stopping at the Tiverton Hotel. Your driver was great , very pleasant and helpful. Tours great. Hotel was poor (smelt of damp, windows wouldn’t shut,only had housekeeping once all week) to be fair they were renovating during our stay. On the plus side staff were lovely and food was good.

Littlecote House Hotel (Warners hotel)
Littlecote House Hotel (Warners hotel) had hardly changed since I last visited in May 2019. The table service for the evening meal was not as bad as I was expecting as there was a nightly Chef's Specials menu. We arrived in the rain and left in the rain, but luckily the trips out were in the sunshine. Bath was very crowded and it was basically one long queue winding its way round the Roman Baths! Salisbury Cathedral and the Magna Carta was not as interesting as I thought they would be. On the way back from Salisbury, Grant (our coach driver) took us past Stonehenge. Overall I enjoyed the holiday but did feel that the evening entertainment was not as good as I have seen in other Warner hotels and I still cannot understand why the main act always has to start at 9.30pm (ish) .

Llandudno Merrion Hotel hotel was great
The hotel was great ! Cleanliness superb! Food excellent! The driver and tours excellent! The only small fault we could fine was the coach was old! I think they need to update coaches!
