Would love to be able to leave a good review but haven’t received my order yet.
Contacted Customers Services via email but have yet to receive a reply.
Checked with Evri who said they are expecting it. Checked with the shop who say it’s been despatched a week ago.
Not a great experience.

Poor customer service. My order arrived broken. Ordered three 2L jars of lemon and ginger tea. Tried to get in touch via their online chat, sent emails - no one answered. The product was poorly packed.

I still haven’t received my full order…. Can someone contact me!!!!!

I could not believe how quickly I received my order and the price was excellent and the choice of goods is amazing I will definitely be ordering from this Company again

Absolutely useless company!! Unfortunately they do not understand emails written ! When a reply eventually comes if at all, it has no relevance to your problem . Complete lack of understanding, common curtesy, information and more importantly delivery .
Take your money elsewhere or you will regret it !!

Excellent company as always. My last order was delivered the next day, that was AMAZING. 100% spot on. Definitely my go to for the product I purchase.

Order never arrived. No communication other than requests to review which is bizarre. I tried to chase up, did not receive any reply until I got a refund but no explanation. The one star is to acknowledge I did get a refund at least.

Wrong item sent , got in touch and told to return item at my expense and then re purchase item , 2nd order was wrong and was told to return at my expense, not good , wouldn’t recommend

I was looking for the best price on canned fish and Papaval popped up. I hadn't heard of the company but the prices were so good I thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased with the prices and the fast delivery. I would use them again without hesitation.

Order did not arrive and was cancelled without any reason as to why.

I pay all my items on line via PayPal so I am covered if something goes wrong I can get my money back. I’m very happy with PayPal .

Reasonable pricing for dog food, shipping extra, can’t grumble though as the brand isn’t really stocked in our area.
Again, reasonable despatch not quick or slow. Good courier choice though.
Overall a good experience and communication.

Amazingly quick delivery each time I’ve ordered! I Bulk buy my ASD child’s favourite snacks from here and find them to be the cheapest around and most reliable 😊

Paid for express 1-2 day delivery 4 days later still not at the couriers depot! DO NOT USE IT SEEMS LIKE A SCAM! Take your money but do not provide what you pay for. Do not even reply to emails or the chat service on the site!!!! My Advice is stay away!
