No response from Emails and online chat

Update: Had to contact my credit card company to get a charge back.

Very disappointed with my experience at Papaval Retail.

I ordered two boxes of Anthon Berg chocolates and one box of Damak Dark Pistachio (6 x 69g). Unfortunately, the entire experience fell short of expectations.

First, the delivery took a full week to arrive—well beyond their stated delivery window of 2–3 days. More concerning, however, was that the Damak Dark Pistachio pack was missing from the package. Only the two boxes of Anthon Berg chocolates were included.

I sent a polite email requesting clarification and asked them to investigate the missing item. It's now been four days since I reached out, and I have yet to receive any acknowledgement or response.

This lack of communication and failure to fulfill the full order has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope Papaval Retail improves their service and responsiveness going forward.

Great price and prompt delivery

How a company deals with issues tells you a lot about a company. Issues happen, orders go astray. But this shower just keep on expecting you to wait and chase them while they hold on to your money. Had they said on my first contact. Oh yes we can see that the item appears lost we will arrange a refund immediately, then this review would have been glowing, reassuring those who might be the bearers of a similar mishap that all will be well. However, I can not say that, be warned if things go missing you will spend forever trying to get a refund.

Good product fast delivery a little bit pricey

I ordered something and the same day as the order was confirmed, i was sent an email late ron saying this order was cancelled with no reason what so ever. Poor poor communication. Not seeing hardly any good reviews about this company.

Need to improve customer services

I haven't received my item, I haven't received confirmation of shipping, I haven't received responses to my emails and the phone line says the line is not available. Utter shambles.

Quick delivery and well boxed Gourmet cat food in individual box of flavours that both my cats love . The chicken and beef are their favourites and to get them without a mixed box was superb. Thank you and will certainly buy again.
