I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Paradigit.
My son purchased a new MSI B760 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard, which turned out to be completely non-functional from the first use (no standby power, no LEDs, no fans, even when tested outside the case with a verified working PSU).
The product was returned for inspection, but the claim was rejected. The store stated that thermal paste in the CPU socket caused the issue. However, no photos or technical report were provided as evidence.
The CPU socket pins are clean and undamaged (we have photos), and the same CPU, RAM, and PSU were tested on another motherboard, which worked perfectly. This clearly indicates that the original motherboard was defective.
Despite this, the store refused to take responsibility and did not provide proper justification for rejecting the claim.
I cannot recommend this retailer based on my experience

Decent delivery time

I bought a graphics card in 2023, it took 20 days to come, I think back then they would have it advertised as in stock but wouldn’t, didn’t contradict their 3-5 working day delivery or whatever it was, but this year I bought a monitor and it came fairly quickly only about 4-5 working days which is way better.

Outstanding Experience – Fast EU Shipping

I’ve ordered from this website twice now and both experiences have been very positive.
My first order was for a motherboard and processor, and everything arrived as expected with no issues. The second time, I ordered an OLED monitor. I placed the order on a Monday and it arrived by Thursday, which I think is excellent considering the company is based in the Netherlands and I live in Ireland.
Delivery was fast, packaging was solid, and all items arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely order from them again.

Never, ever, ever, ever again will I buy from Paradigit.

I won't every buy from them again. Absolutely horrendous experience throughout:
- I originally had over half my gaming PC in the basket with this company but as a first problem, the sudden jump in RAM costs saw the price more than double. Not really a lonestanding issue but Amazon and Overclockers both didn't do that yet and I was able to get my RAM sticks at a reasonable price still over there.
- I also couldn't make payment of my original basket as they don't accept a card from outside Ireland and PayPal has a 1K limit... This forced me to piecemeal buy from other sources. In retrospect I am eternally grateful for that. Also it wasn't like the website told me why the purchase didn't move on - it was just perpetually set to "Transaction is being processed by Worldline" and nothing would happen. I had to call them to figure out why my purchase didn't seem to go through.
- Once I finally managed to buy at least some parts Paradigit was the slowest of all deliveries, despite being .ie (they ship from NL), by a pretty big margin. Overclockers items from the UK reached me within 2x days.
- The two SSDs are fine, I have no issue here but the Motherboard would not initiate a BIOS Flash. I spent additional money buying extra USB sticks and spent hours trying to resolve this but to no avail. This is my reason I later asked for a refund. At this point I was already fairly annoyed with Paradigit so I ordered a different, directly compatible MB from Overclockers - arrived rapidly, even mid Christmas and works like a charm.
- I then initiated the return. I accidentally created a repair request but then also a return request and called them to quickly resolve it. In theory they did, except that they deleted the return request and reflagged the repair one - a memo that didn't seem to reach following service personnel.
- UPS was then supposed to collect the package. Never showed...
- I contacted Paradigit - they told me to walk to a service point. Kinda defeats the point of a collection and real fun to walk 2km with nerve damage in my leg but I got it done.
- Box arrives and my refund is denied. Weird, there wasn't any issue other than the BIOS Flash... According to them the pins are bent and this is straight up declared user fault and denied - "a picture is attached". It wasn't. They also still called it a repair request.
- This MB had no bent pins when i shipped it and the protective cover was on and padding was included in the box.
- I receive another email, this time saying three pictures are attached. There were two but good enough. Pins on the CPU slot are bent VERY NEATLY inwards on the left and right respectively, almost as if somebody pressed a solid metal plate onto it twice.
- I showed this picture to multiple people and even shared it online - several people with serious knowledge in PC building replied that if I had done that I would have wrecked my CPU in the process. Said CPU is running well on my Overclockers MB though.
- All the answers from Paradigit btw take about a week so this process dragged a good while and I cannot instantly reply each time, I have a job.
- In a stark contrast, Paradigit considered the refund request resolved within 24h, while i was still gathering feedback on the picture and I received a shipping notice that the €280 of scrap metal I now own are on my way back to me.
- There was no middle ground either, such as a repair quote that would be deducted from the refund or anything in that region. I obviously have no need for this MB anymore, being scrap metal and having a functional one in my PC already.

Never, ever, ever, ever again with this company. From purchase to function to support this was a disaster. Buy Overclockers instead - easy as pie with them, no concern and rapid turnaround.

.ie but shipping from netherlands

Altho its .ie they do not stock anything in ireland. This a dropshipping company nothing else. Can get everything 20 cheaper in Germany or Netherlands thsts where thry ship it from. Just skip the middle man paradigit.ie does not provide any walue whatsoever why pay them.

Very Fast Delivery

I have ordered a GPU from paradigit and I can't complain it came as seller s described. I won't lie when I saw other people comments I was a little bit worried that it won't come or some issues would occur but no it works great no defects so I'm happy with my purchase definitely will buy from them again.

I ordered on November 30, I still haven't received

I ordered a monitor on November 30th, it wasn't available in the store, but I was able to order it. I paid and waited because it was supposed to be available on December 16th. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive. I wrote the first email, and the guy said it wouldn't be available until December 30th, but he would send it right after that. It also didn't arrive after the 30th. I wrote another email on January 2nd because there was no information from the store. Ramon didn't reply until January 9th, saying the monitor would no longer be available at all. They were misleading me. He kept holding me for so long and asked if I wanted a refund or something else, so I wrote that I was interested in a different one, but he didn't reply to my email, so I called and spoke with another person who said he'd ask what was going on. In the meantime, I received an invoice and tracking number. Ramon sent only the converter without the monitor. I'm asking, why he send this? What should I connect it to? I also wrote an email asking them to send me them account details to pay extra for the more expensive monitor, but they haven't replied. Well, in that case, I'm opening a dispute on PayPal for a refund and reporting the case to the Consumer Protection Board, and I highly do not recommend this store.

​Absolute disgrace

​Absolute disgrace. Tried to buy a PC build for €2,723, but Paradigit "refused" my payment at checkout despite my bank authorizing it. less than 12 hours later, the price of the GPU jumped from €750 to €971. When I called to fix this, the Supervisor told me he "won't help" and hung up. I’m a returning customer using the exact same address as last year, yet they claimed "incorrect shipping details" to avoid honoring the lower price. Avoid this company—they do not honor advertised prices and treat customers with contempt.

I placed an order with Paradigit on 29…

I placed an order with Paradigit on 29 December, which was supposed to be shipped on 2 January, but it was not dispatched.

On 5 January, I emailed customer service and received no response. The next day, I called them and was told my case would be followed up and I would receive a reply. Instead, I was sent a tracking link for a shipment that clearly did not belong to my order, as the shipping dates did not match my purchase.

I contacted customer service again a few days later and was told they would check with another department and that I would receive an email and a refund. As of 12 January, I am still waiting for any response.

Very poor communication, confusing handling of my order, and no accountability.

No Item, No Responce

Ordered an nvme drive, it was marked as shipped quickly enough but the last movement on the tracking was 10 days ago and nothing since.
I've emailed them multiple times to check on it or share some info and met with silence.

I get delays happen but when its getting close to 2 weeks of zero movement and the company now won't respond... I'll pay the extra and try find the item somewhere local rather than deal with this.

Really poor after sales service

Bought a new PC and was supposed to have Windows 11 Home as part of the package. However, when I booted the machine I discovered that the licence key had been used to activate someone else's Windows. Emailed the help desk and heard nothing for days. Then they asked for the serial Nos. of the PC which they should have a record of as I have the invoice number. I gave them the numbers and have heard nothing back since. Now it's Christmas and I won't hear from them until the new year but I can't configure my PC until Windows is activated. A TOTAL pain!!!!

UPDATE.
After several attempts to use an existing Key I was eventually sent a new one which worked first time. Your aftersales needs to be improved.

I ordered a monitor with great discount on 20th Nov. After delaying the initial expected delivery date for more than a month, they just unilaterally deleted my order from my account without prior notice or consent. Support services is blaming Klarna (payment method )because delay was exceeding 31 days. In any case, Klarna’s internal payment conditions do not nullify their contractual obligations as the seller.
Deleting an order without notification and shifting responsibility to a third-party payment provider falls short of the transparency, fairness, and professional diligence required under EU consumer protection law. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the sales contract exists between the consumer and the trader only.
After seeing all the other reviews of this company now I am not surprised of my case.

After 3 weeks of waiting I contacted customer service (absolutely terrible)
They told me they would ship me a different one and that it would be here after 5 business days here I am after another weeks of waiting and still no package PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM

Very long delay

I ordered all components of a pc except my graphics card there. I got all my stuff in about a week but I'm still waiting for my case. They are saying that there is delay and it will arrive on a certain date but that date was yesterday and it still hasn't arrived.

Wouldn't change address

Placed a order and it defaulted shipping address to a old one with no one at residence. Called them imegetly to correct the issue. Was told "it is to late as the order has been prossed" all in 2 min when I pointed out even amazon wasn't that fast at packing and printing shipping labels I was again told it was to late as all this had been done ......

Requested to talk to a manager was told none was available and they wouldn't even be able to help me. So I now have a €800+ package going to a defunct address

Very solid choice for PC components in Ireland

Very solid choice for PC components in Ireland. Paradigit has somewhat competitive prices and a less than complete catalog but offers Klarna payment options to customers in Ireland, which other sellers lack. Their customer support team is very responsive and helpful. I placed an order for a product on backorder and later realised there was a preowned version available immediately so I emailed them but before a customer agent could get to me the warehouse found additional stock and fulfilled my order the next day. I noted some users here complaining about shipping times so I paid two extra euro for trusted shops protection just in case. Contents were shipped safely and I am very happy with my purchase.

Above & beyond support experience; good prices

I ordered an Asus ProArt case from these guys - first time customer. Case came within declared timeframe (about a week) and was a good price even compared to Amazon, but I realised after assembling my new PC that there was a bracket missing from the case - I contacted Asus support who directed me back to the supplier. A chap called Abel dealt with the issues, and although it took some back and forth to agree what parts was missing - they originally wanted me to send the whole case back which I argued was silly, especially as I had already put the PC together and therefore couldn't un-assemble it. So he agreed to get the team to send the bracket out. The packers obviously didn't follow instructions and sent me the wrong part, but Abel single handedly went and found the correct part and made sure it was sent out the next day. The process did take a while but since my new PC build was working well enough without the missing bracket it wasn't a big deal. The speed of communication from Abel was brilliant and restored my faith in ordering from them but they are a bit slower than Amazon for example. If you can be patient then it's still worth considering buying from here.
