ordered a prebuilt computer

ordered a prebuilt computer, nearly 3500 euro, of which arrived not in working order. The current ordeal of unhelpful customer service, emails getting lost and such, i would recommend anyone looking to buy any computer parts or otherwise to avoid this company completely

Nice prices shame about the rest

The actual prices very good, but the ordering process and support is a disaster.
Ordered an item, looked for option to make delivery address different from billing address but no such option. Assumed must be option post order. Support said to contact them so immediately sent Chat message. Also called them, spoke to a guy who said he had amended the address. I made it clear that the original address CANNOT receive deliveries and he assured me no problem.
Next email I received confirmed the item was winging its way to… the original address !!
A further frantic reach out received the response that it was out of their hands, to wait till delivery refused then they can resend. I have zero confidence that I am ever going to receive this item now, and utterly disappointed with this company. Never any such issues with multiple orders when it was Komplett, sadly I will think twice before ordering from Paradigm.

Disappointing experience, but great customer support.

Purchased (or, at least tried to purchase) a video card from this site on the 11th of July. The item was out of stock for 3 weeks, with my order page stating the shipping date as on the day new stock was expected, on the 31st. The day came and went, and not only did my order not ship, but store page listed the item as unavailable. Not wanting to wait any longer, I requested a cancellation/refund of my order on the night of the 31st, and received a reply the following morning informing me that my order was cancelled and could expect a refund within 3-5 days. Surprisingly, I received the funds in my account the very next day! So yeah, disappointing experience - but the process of getting a refund was quick and painless.

So far so good

I have ordered from them many times. It's hard to judge an online shop until something goes wrong, and so far I haven't had the misfortune of dealing with customer service.

However, I just had to deal with a faulty item in another shop: I bought something worth 1k €, it failed after a few weeks, and only after 6 months, returning the item twice, and a lot of drama did I end up getting my money back.

So that puts a few reviews here in perspective :-/

Again, I've ordered from komplett/paradigit a few times over the years, the items always arrive well packaged and in perfect condition. The only problem is that shipping usually takes more than a week (6-8 work days) in reality, so be prepared for that.

great item, great price, just customers who are buying on Irish Paradigit website are not informed, that delivery will be from.....Holland. It took 8 days to arrive (we all know how DHL is...) Overall positive experience. Recommended

Outlet All in One broke after 1year and two months

I bought an Outlet All in One desktop from Paradigit. It arrived on time and everything worked perfectly and I was soooo happy about it. After one year and 2 months the desktop broke down. When I brought it to repair the shop said there was nothing to do. It was an hardware problem and it is very difficult and impossible to fix it in All in One desktop.
Of course my One year warranty didn't cover for a replacement. And when I wrote (many times) to Paradigit they couldn't do anything.
So I understand it is an outlet and the warranty was expired and I would have accepted it if I was the one to break it but the computer broke on its own . All of a sudden one afternoon the monitor started flickering and that was it. I had to buy another computer the day after. Not even a little refund or some help in replacing it.

Now...would I trust again Paradigit and buy another desktop from them? I don't think so.

Positive Experience

Saw security cameras on Paradigit.ie site for €450 which beat other online sites and Irish store prices. Was worried when I read negative reviews and also that price seemed too good. Phoned their number and talked to representative who said company was in Holland. Took a chance and ordered late on a Wednesday. Was kept up to date by email about tracking. Cameras arrived by post (€3.95 total) the following Monday. Really pleased with price, speed of delivery and quality of cameras.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I bought two products from them on the 25 th of December 2022 for well over 100 euros The package stopped updating on the tracker tried to get in contact with them I sent over 10 emails not one reply from them it is now the 19 of January and still know word it is absolutely ridiculous

Terrible customer service

Customer service extremely lacking. I had a problem with a faulty product and told three different versions of how they process their returns, each version totally different. Will not be shopping with them again

Great price and great product

I ordered a custom build PC. It arrived on time, packaged nearly bomb proof, the work inside the cabinet was nice and neat, and the price was really good. I decided to write a review because I nearly didn't order from them. About 6 to 8 weeks ago I went thru the exact same process, arrived at the payment screen, hesitated and thought I should check out their reviews here. Based on that I did not place the order. Then I started looking at other sites, but couldn't find decent reviews for anyone AND the prices were higher. In the end I bit the bullet and ordered, and I'm very happy.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I ordered a DDR4 Motherboard and DDR4 RAM. They delivered the DDR5 version of the motherboard, because their site advertised the wrong product.

The answer? I pay them 5 euros to send the DDR4 RAM back to them. They offered a 30 euro discount after weeks of wasting my time, on a product that would take weeks more to arrive, and they charge me 10 euros in shipping. This has been a month since ordering the motherboard, and they ignored my messages for a week.

I tried to buy from Paradigit to stop giving money to Amazon, but this is ridiculous service by comparison. Wasting my time for 15 euros at prices higher than Amazon? Incredible.

Just support big box Amazon, apparently that's the future.

Customer for almost 6 years.

I created an account in 2017 when Paradigit.ie was known as Komplett.ie. The prices are good. Once, a custom built PC had a screw loose (that could potentially short the motherboard). I emailed them and they were very apologetic. Other than that, I've had no other issues after multiple purchases.

Kjøpte ein bærbar pc på avslag for 17500kr(orginalpris 22000kr) Etter mindre enn 1 døgn så kortslutta den og slo deg ikkje på igjen før 10-15min etter. Einaste eg gjort var å innstallera Steam, eit par spill frå stram og Minecraft. PC-en kortslutta 3 ganger til over ei uke så måtte sende den inn for sjekk og behandling, kundeservice hevdet at teknisk avdeling hadde jobbet med saken og testet pc og programmvare men fant ingen feil så dei sendte den tilbake, den aktive pc-loggen at spillene dei "testet" og såg at dei lokale filene av dei på pc-en ikkje hadde vert åpnet siden før eg sendte inn pc-en. Disse oppdaterer seg etter enten bruk eller verifisering av filer på pc-en og kan ikkje redigerast uten gjennoppretning, noko som ikkje hadde blitt lagd på pc-en. Kundeservice hevdet at eg ikkje visste korleis ein bærbar pc fungerer og at den måtte lades på 100% batteritid. Som ein gamer over 20 år og som bruker av bærbar pc over 15+år så veit eg veldig fint korleis å bruke ein bærbar pc. Meir enn nokon som klarert ikkje har kompetanse til å jobbe troverdig.

Aktiviteter som dette går etter svindel og bedrageri i straffeloven.

I took a risk with this site having…

I took a risk with this site having read all these bad reviews. I wanted the phone in question desperately. The 4 or 5 working days have passed since I ordered which they said it will be delivered in that time. I have emailed them 3 times without a response more than 2 days after they said they would reply within.

This site and the company in question will probably ban my account for this message.

I HAVE NOW BEGUN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS WITH MY LAWYER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

Worse customer service Ive ever experience

There customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with online, I ordered a product and cancelled it straight away as i didnt want, but they sent it anyway, I returned the product they charge me 10 euro for postage there and back so 20 euro total so 20 euro for nothing and this process all took 1 month. Ive spend over 1000 with them yet they rip me off like this and take one month to sort situation total joke stay clear go to amazon or someone else.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered on 30/08 with stated delivery within 3/5 days, no update from DHL by 07/09 and they done nothing to assist but wait for DHL to revert which can take days. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

According to our information and ticketing system my colleague sent you a message with a tracking link on september 7th informing you that the parcel was on it's way.
The parcel was eventually delivered on september 9th.
At the moment it is unfortunately very busy with can sometimes mean that parcels can take a bit longer to be delivered which was the case with your order.

Don't buy from this provider. Order handling and shipment very slow. Six days after order has been paid the item has not yet been shipped. No way to tell whether it has been processed or not from online information available.
