Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support - purchased a 800 euro OLED screen. 3 months into standard use, the screen dongle/joystick fell off. Emailed the customer support asking if I could get it looked at and the agent basically listed every single reason as to why I won't get the warranty on it. You're better off using Amazon. Terrible company

Skeptical at start due to review, but decided to go ahead and place the order for an Acer Monitor. Arrived 3 business day later as expected and everything is working so far.

this shop is scandal!!!

this shop is scandal!!!! they selling items what they dont have in shop.... if you want block your money and MAYBE they will send you what you order some day... is like lottery.... i was using komplett.ie before... thats was very good shop but they change for paradigit now and dispatch from netherlands!!! is complete different shop... looks for rewievs... they will send you fake emails about shipping tomorrow and they dont do it... just block your money for another week... i asked for refund couples days already... few times they dont want to do it!!!!!! after 3 days sent me email will be shipped tomorrow and still out of stock... scandal!!!

Don’t ever buy here

I tried to buy a pc from them on the 20th of January but it was lost in shipping and they only told me on the 7th of march after repeat emails of me asking for updates. Please don’t ever buy from these guys. Absolutely horrible experience and when they finally offered to rebuild my model the they told me they no longer had my parts but would replace them with cheaper alternatives but pocket my money ? Yeah please don’t buy here. I’m struggling to even get a refund

Faulty graphics and not responding

If I could warn people to not buy from these then this is my message. Don't ever buy from these they sell faulty pieces and give you no response to messages when you ask for a refund. I bought a graphics card and it was faulty. I sent it back unknowing they wouldn't have any in stock or even they don't know when they'll have it back. I have messaged and got no reply from them and still waiting for a refund after days. Don't buy from these If you think you're gonna buy a working gaming item. Just shows the lack of respect they have for customers.

I am traveling to Ireland to St Patrick's. A good friend of mine lives there for many years and suggested I buy a new RTX 5000 series on paradigit.

Initially, I encountered problems using my Gibraltar Bank card, with five failed attempts. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged that such issues occur but offered no assistance. My bank confirmed that there were no problems on their end.

I then switched to my Swiss Bank account, which was accepted. The order appeared to be processing normally. However, I woke up to find that it had been canceled. Since their customer service only operates during limited hours, I couldn't immediately resolve the issue.

Upon researching online, I discovered numerous reviews suggesting that Paradigit may be unreliable. I promptly contacted my credit card issuer to initiate a fraud case against the website.

To add insult to injury, the order vanished from my account profile, leaving me with only the email confirmation as proof. When I finally spoke with customer service, they provided an inaccurate explanation, claiming the cancellation was due to using a non-Irish credit card.

This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I strongly advise against using Paradigit and hope that my credit card company's fraud department holds them accountable for the time and frustration they've caused.

If I could give this zero stars I would.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Befoer ordering I had my reservaitons given the amount of bad reviews. I decided to give the benefit od the doubt which in hindsight was stupid. I ordered two months ago and am no nearer to knowing where it is. Paradigit refuse to refund me and keep giving dumb excuses. Avoid at all costs.

Scammed me for 500€

They sent me a defective and damaged motherboard that cost 500€ and refused to refund my money.

I received my motherboard, unpacked it and started trying to place it in the case after which i noticed that it did not fit in the holes and in general it was somehow crooked. I returned the case the same day thinking that the problem was in the case but later that evening i looked at the motherboard again and saw that it was bent where the usb ports are, immediately after that i contacted “Paradigit.ie”, explained the situation and sent it back to them the next day. After almost 2 weeks it arrived to them and i got a message that they cannot refund my money for the product because they found a bent pin where the cpu should go (which they may have accidentally bent themselves since i didn't even open the CPU cover). After more than two weeks of explanations and clarifications they refused to refund every time even after providing all proofs. They sent me a non-working motherboard that cost 500€ back and now I consider it my duty to warn everyone about these scammers who do not care about their customers, reputation and their own return policy.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

I was a bit sceptical but...
It was a good experience in the website and the costumer support was helpful enough, not exactly specific but gave me the general information that I was looking for.
However, there were some problems with actually getting the order in, as I had to try various times before it went through. After that there was a hugeeeeeee delay (about 1 week) until it was processed.

I have ordered an LG 39" OLED gaming monitor on 1st of February and recived it today 6th of February with no damage or problem.
Was delivered by DHL and Fastway.

Never ordering here again.

I was buying in the past and I must say it was great. Now after few years I decided to buy new monitor and went with them over Amazon for some reason and I did mistake. My order is not processed since 19. Jan. My email was not answered for 2 days. When called, I was told my order should be processed today or tomorrow but it didn't happen. I hope now to get my order till next Friday, if it doesn't get processed till Monday, I will never shop here again and will change my rating. Get serious guys and atleast send email update with some information about the order.

Order still not processed or email answered, I will not shop here in the future. I am not in position to cancel because there's no stock on Amazon and it was the same price like here for the monitor I was buying which is Asus VG27AQDMG. I wish that I could cancel just so I don't have any business with this guys. Disappointed.

Yesterday (29.01.) finally got email and was told they expect to receive stock to main warehouse on 04.02. and that order will be shipped on next working day.
Today, I got same email saying same thing but for 05.02.
I can't wait to see how long that will go for. Good job guys.

05.02. Email that I got: On 11-02-2025 we expect to have received all the products on your order in our main warehouse. I go search for different monitor now.
I cancelled the order (06.02.). Waste of time.

I am waiting for refund atm. (12.02.).

Fantastic product for the price

Fantastic product for the price. Their website is easy to navigate and make an order. It took just over two weeks to receive the computer. I had read other reviews of people upset about this timing but I didn't mind as I was expecting it. The company were very quick to reply to my email asking for support as well. I will definitely by from them again.
The only point of feedback is that the shipping label on one of my products misspelt my address by one letter causing the product not to be delivered. I then had to contact the post office to fix it. But these things happen. I would recommend fur sure

Scammers, they stole 600 euros from me

Order CPU and return it back because order was wrong.
I have followed instructions from them and they told me to refuse order and they will take it from there.

I am currently waiting for one month, they are claiming order is lost and they are investigating where is the package.

I have dhl link saying that I refused the order and it was send back but for them that's not a proof.

Currently waiting for my money with no product.

1 month.

The laptop arrived in Ireland in 6 working days via dhl+fastway. I ordered the laptop before the new year and the delivery was fast, although a day late. I can't understand why there are so many bad reviews here. I will continue to order from paradigit.

Als u hier besteld hou er dan rekening mee dat de communicatie over de levering totaal onbetrouwbaar is. Op de website kan staan “binnen twee werkdagen” maar in werkelijkheid word het 14 dagen. Dit zijn amateurs en kleine prutsers.

Ordered a pc case during Black friday…

Ordered a pc case during Black friday sales, 3 business days later I get an email telling me. They will send my order in 40 days. Now I missed black friday deals and can pay full price elsewhere.

Thanks for keeping track of your stock, not making the mistake of trusting this company with business again
