It was a pleasure doing business with Paradigit.
Paradigit was recommended to me my by a relative who is very knowledgeable in IT matters. I bought a laptop from the Outlet section one month ago and it was a pleasure doing business with Paradigit. Every email query from my side was dealt with courteously, swiftly and efficiently; usually within minutes. The delivery time was supposed to be 4 to 5 days but the delivery was even sooner than this. The packaging, a simple, very well designed, sturdy card box with minimal plastic, was perfect for this purpose, environmentally friendly and easily recyclable. The item arrived in excellent condition with the packaging unharmed. The laptop itself is perfect, not a single mark on it and was exactly as described on the webpage. The purchase was a present for my daughter and I ordered it keeping in mind that she will be off to college soon. She is absolutely delighted with the laptop and how well it works for her. It looks as if she will get great use out of it for study purposes and for leisure purposes.

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional, don't buy. I have been waiting for two months for an item declared as in stock (to be shipped in 3/4 working days according to their website), and they still don't have it. I asked for an alternative item and they were expecting me to pay more, despite the delay, for a meagre 10 euro difference. They first told me I would get it in a week, then at the end of April, now at the end of May. I appreciate there is a global supply chain issue, but they should specify if something isn't readily available, to manage expectations and out of professional deontology, which is obviously lacking in their case.

I recently bought 2 samsung s20fe phones from paradigit and i can say everything was good and items as descibed and delivery was reasonably fast 4 days to Ireland. There was an issue with first order being cancelled but i got a refund after 5 days.

Ordered a Seasonic focus GX 1000W PSU
Ordered a Seasonic focus GX 1000W PSU. Shipping time to Ireland was quick enough (ordered on a Saturday evening, delivered the following Friday afternoon). While the product and the retail Seasonic branded packaging were in good condition, the box that was used to for courier service was not (bits of the box torn, which in turn caused the box to be half open due to the tape having no point of contact.)
Aside from the stated above quite happy with my purchase and definitely will consider purchasing from here again

Great when things work but poor customer service when they dont.
I am updating my review as my issue was resolved, I think it took way too long but it did get sorted as of Friday the 11th of Feb.
Changing from 1 to 3 stars, since the company is going through transition I think the 1 star is a bit harsh.

Was using them consistently for a while but won't use them again. Waiting for a resolution to a simple enough issue with invoices since January 21st (nearly midnight on Feb 2nd now). Phone number doesn't go anywhere, I was told they would phone my on Monday the 31st which didn't happen.
Considering I've spent around 13,000 euro in the last 12 months with them it's shocking.
Pricing and selection is decent on most items, delivery is usually pretty quick.
The b2b process is too slow though, contact them with order details, they setup the vat free order if it's over 1,000 or something, then a bank transfer.

Spoke to Peter on live chat. Not only was he funny and not giving scripted like responses he dealt with the issue I had. Even went out of his way to find the answer. So Kudos to Peter he is an asset to your company
Terrible returns policy
Terrible returns policy. They're no quibble return during "cooling off period" is nonsense. The process forces you to return as a repair. Working around this, they only refund 75% of amount paid. Sorry I didn't buy on Amazon. Returns and refunds are straightforward
Indefinite Delays no Communication
Ordered a laptop from them, that was supposed to ship a week and a half after I ordered. Got an email every day in between the order date and the supposed shipping date postponing it by an additional day. Rang them four days after the original shipping date and they said they actually wouldn't receive the laptop for another month. They could have updated me on this through there website or by email instead they were just going to keep sending me automated emails everyday delaying it by an additional day for a full month. I had originally sent them an email query asking for an update but they only responded to my emails when I called them. Horrible service.
Ordered laptop arrived in good condition
Ordered ASUS laptop on komplett.ie due to it being out of stock on amazon and it came within stated time frame. Seen a lot of negative reviews of komplett.ie which made me worry my item would not arrive but I'm happy to say it arrived. This is only my experience so maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones I'd say order off amazon if you can but I was in desperate need of a laptop which was out of stock everywhere expect on komplett.ie.

After buying something it went on sale and I noticed the sale just before the order went into shipping. I contacted them to cancel my order so I could reorder for the new price. They didn't respond before the order arrived which was frustrating but when they did finally respond they asked for the order number and then I was refunded the price difference a couple of days later.
Long time for contact from support is a negative but other than that the service was pretty good.
Good price, bad customer support
Laptop keyboard has broken after just 5 months. I've moved over the border to UK so I need help from support but I can't get a response from customer service for a repair, replacement or refund. Really annoyed that I've wasted €950 on a product from here.
So I'd say if you're expecting everything to be fine, then go for it but consider that if you have any kind of issue which might need support, then steer clear and go with a more accessible company. I bought a replacement laptop directly from Dell and have my broken laptop from Komplett on the shelf.
This laptop was shipped from Europe with an Irish mains plug separate, and the keyboard layout is European and not UK/Ireland standard layout, which can be annoying.
It seems a bit dodgy and reminds me of buying from grey market. Not happy at all as many of us really can't afford this kind of thing.
Great after sales even in a difficult situation
I ordered a rather large item, which was promptly shipped but unfortunately lost due to the poor service of the local courier (I will avoid saying the name but everyone knows them). Nonetheless, the customer service reps and managers at komplett have been very helpful and sympathetic with the situation and provided me a solution. Just to name a few Niek, Paul, Glenn and everyone were great! As soon as another courier is available for the deliveries, I will not hesitate to order again!

I bought a CPU and cooler from Komplett.ie last week (June 2021). After paying for the items I realised I never carried out a bit of research so I googled them and found some very awful reviews on here. I immediately tried to cancel the items based on the reviews. An hour later I received a dispatch notice. Next morning I received an email regarding the cancellation, obviously they couldn’t cancel as items were dispatched an hour after ordering. The items arrived in five business days, they were well packaged and cheaper than Amazon.de. No complaints here. 5 ⭐️
Items with EU plug/keyboard sold without warning to IRL customers
Specific to IRL customers: Komplett are selling genuine product, but it's stock intended for The Netherlands market. Electrical devices will come with EU plugs, and if they remember to ship it, will include a free EU to UK/IRL plug adaptor - not so handy for a laptop intended to be portable. For my order the adaptor was forgotten, but was shipped for free after, taking another 4 working days for delivery. Keyboards will have the @ and # symbol above the numbers, no £ symbol, and the " beside the enter key, etc. Obviously when setting up the laptop you can choose the standard local layout, but the images on the keys will not match. Some of the included documentation (although not 100% necessary) is only provided in Dutch. NONE of the above is disclosed in advance on the website (as far as I saw when making my purchase, maybe there is some tiny print somewhere but the average consumer won't see it). I consider komplett a reputable seller, so was disappointed that they are not upfront about what you are getting. When buying form a .ie website, specifically selling to IRL only, I expect a product intended for the Irish market, conforming to expected local setup. When I initially received my purchase I did ask about returning for refund, and that was an option. However, I like the spec for the price, and I just don't have the time or energy to restart the search for a new laptop, so I have decided to keep my purchase. In future, if looking for a replacement laptop, or other electrical item with plug/keyboard, I will not include komplett on the list of places I search, though I would be willing to buy other 'plug free' things from them.
Disappointing experience
Ordered a laptop that showed an expected shipment 7 days in the future. Logged in online 8 days later to check on the progress of my order only to discover that the shipment receipt date had been pushed back 3 months! They didn't provide any notification of this but did take funds. I was not willing to wait 3 months for my laptop. I considered contacting one of their representatives on boards.ie but was put off by the lack of professionalism exhibited by their staff there. Instead, I emailed them directly in order to request a refund and cancel the order. I did have to send multiple emails before I got a response. The person who eventually responded was very efficient and professional. The whole process took about 3 weeks from the initial order to my receipt of refund. I don't see myself attempting to order from them again.
Ordered SSD Drive - Still waiting for it 16 days later
Ordered SSD Drive, the website said " In stock, expected delivery: 3 - 4 working days"
The item dispatched from NL on May 28th but was rejected in hand over between DHL-Fastway it seems on way to Ireland.
Customer Care when advised, told me this happens rarely and that I would have to wait for the part to go back to them, which could be up to two weeks!!.
No refund possible and no possibility of dispatching another until the original is received by them.
Management of couriers is their responsibility, they just blame them and take a passive approach.
Undoubtedly "Komplett" had some errors on the shipment paperwork that led to this issue.
When asked if they would express ship next drive to me, they just ignored my question. Thought this would a minimum courtisey for the poor service, but no. It's now June 12th still no update on the new drive.
My advice, don't buy anything from this crowd.
Once they have your money, they don't care.
In my case, they have my money and part.
I cant go elsewhere until this crap gets resolved.
