This website is awful only because they use fastway as their delivery service. They do not ship from within the country you are buying from its all from the netherlands. so dont plan on it arriving in a few days. My package was lost and it took them over 2 weeks to confirm from the time i put in the request to check which was already about a weak from the estimated delivery time. Shocking!
Dont waste your time with them. Use CCL they deliver within 2 days flat!
Tablet on time as promised.
I was worried as I read some reviews here after I ordered a tablet.
But no true to thir promise the tablet arrived within 4 working days. Adaptor plug included. Haen't checked tablet function yet as a gift.
Maybe if I had an issue it might be a different story but as I say can't fault them this time.
Thye were the lowest prices apart from eglobalcentral.eu which you couldn't rely on time wise.

Where do I start!? Ordered a premium screen. Delivery usually 3-4 days it said. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive DHL tracking was non existent. When it arrived the tracking said it was in Rotterdam since the 30th of April. I’ve opened the box, and the monitor was damaged on arrival. Contacted support, initially dismissive of my concerns then misplaced the photos I’ve sent then they weren’t suitable to claim from DHL. Cut a long story short they want me to send the screen (which I use to work) so they can see if they issue a replacement. They refused to do a hot replacement and will only refund or replace once they receive the item and is checked by them. Given the time it took to get this here it could be a month with my productivity hampered for not having a screen. I’ve posed the offer of them somewhat reducing the price at least the price of two postage charges me sending it there and them issuing a replacement and I’ll keep working on this. They refused it. So I’ll either take the full loss on the screen or the loss productivity. It’s a lose lose situation. Then these guys wonder why Amazon is taking over their market share.
Learn to provide service not just products. Anyone can sell a product but this day an age I can buy from millions of places. I’ll choose the ones that provide the product and the service.

Awful customer support. Waiting my second week for my Power Supply.
Will never order from them again. Two emails to Customer Support have not been replied to.
More than 4 weeks ago placed the order -since then no information about parcel.
I decided to place the order with komplett.ie because of fast time of delivery (which is a big lie). I could choose company with almost 100 EUR cheaper product but with 1 month waiting time.
...It was 31st of March. I reported the situation to them 15th of April so after more than 2 weeks. 17th of April someone answered to my query:
"I have asked DHL to look into this. As soon as I have more information I will let you know.
Have a nice day"
No apologies, nothing.
Since then I did not receive any information where my order is. I sent them another message were I pointed how extremely important is to receive it before 24th of April. Nothing. No one is making any effort to inform me about PAID and probably lost parcel, no one is picking up the phone (trying daily at different times from last 5 working days),
I feel cheated. Extremely bad customer service.
And if you want to put it on COVID-19 you should inform about it straight away before placing the order that you have no clue if delivery will take 1 month or more and customer will never receive their money back and that you still gonna charge for delivery.

1. Sent laptop for repair in November 2019, received it back 4 months later in February 2020
2. Komplett.ie offering me a keyboard and mouse worth 100 euros as compensation which i accepted, because whatever
3. Komplett.ie sent the mouse and keyboard to the wrong address thanks to their delivery partner fastway/dhl
4. After some investigation with fastway support we found out the delivery guy delivered the package at random address and signed as delivered with MY NAME
5. This is not cool, so i contacted komplett.ie and they resend the package with a different delivery partner. Today 24 April 2020, 7 months after the whole mess i still havent received the package
6. Contacted komplett.ie to express how i feel about the whole situations and got banned from shopping on their web shop. (I would never buy anything from you anyways)
Conclusion: I have been buying IT equipment online for 20 years, im easy going and i never write reviews, this is my first webshop review. 4 months repair time, no compensation, no refund, no service, nothing. Worst web shopping experience ever, even shady web shop from china threats their customer more fair than this.

this company is a joke, I bought 2 laptops, one laptop after one week of use broken. I applied for exchange, but unfortunately I dont have original box (who keeps this? ). The support from Komplett ie says that if I dont have original box they will charge me 10% of the laptop price. Joke ! Dont use this shop, go to Amazon, hassle free suport and no issues with refund if something is faulty!
Also, if you using IE site, the keyboard should be UK not US!

I've ordered an i7 9700k cpu, on the website its saying 3-4 days delivery to Ireland but it arrived in 14 days from Netherlands ( I blame DHL/FASTWAY) everything else was fine!
Patronizing service support
Delivery was very slow, Queried why supplied with an awkward 2 pin plug, I got a dismissive and patronizing response that they didn't supply 3 pin despite their documentation clearly showing otherwise.

EDIT- Happy to say they re-sent the items and they arrived safely. Customer service, although everything was a bit slow at the start (perhaps due to holiday period), was excellent with regular updates given as regards the new delivery. Happy ending!

This is one of the worst experiences I had, the customer service is nonsexist, they manage to misroute my items and only when I raised complain via PayPal they began to act. Never again I will purchase anything from this shop. Pitty you cannot give minus stars as one star is too many for this shop.
Komplett is reliable... until you need the warranty!
I run a small mobile game development company in Ireland. We started using Komplett in 2012, and since then, we have used them as our primary technology supplier for memory, cameras, disk drives, networking equipment, sound cards, and mobile phones. During this period, we considered Komplett a pretty reliable supplier with mid-range prices and mid-range shipping costs. Not the cheapest, but always there when you needed them.
It was not until 2019 that we needed the warranty for the first time: The sensors in a mobile handset we'd purchased from Komplett stopped working. I should note that we have a sizeable collection of mobile handsets that we use for testing of our games. These handsets sit on our desks or in the boxes they came in, and they see very little actual use, other than our games being downloaded and played on them for short periods of time. This particular handset was still under warranty, so we returned it to Komplett for servicing. Imagine our surprise when Komplett's repair centre said the handset had been opened by a third party and that they therefore would not honour the warranty.
Developing software for mobile phone is our core business, and I can say with 100% certainty that we would never have a handset serviced by an unauthorised repair shop if it was still under warranty. I raised the issue very politely with Komplett support in two separate emails, and while they were perfectly cordial, they insist that we've had the handset serviced elsewhere and are therefore not honouring the warranty.
To this day, it is not clear to me whether the handset was opened before we received it from Komplett (it looked new to us at the time of purchase) or if Komplett's repair centre are just not honouring the warranty. Either way, I'm sad to say that after many years of business and thousands of euros worth of purchases, we won't be buying from Komplett again. They may seem fine, but it's only until you need the warranty.
