My Asos return parcel went missing. I recieved a message from Chris in parcel connect to say that it had ended up in their collection hub without a returns label and that if I sent on the qr code I had recieved doing the return he would arrange for the return docket to be attached to be sent back. He was extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend enough

Chris and Luke have really helped me out with the process of returning my package. It arrived in their warehouse without a return slip and they made the effort to reach out to me so that I could send them the slip and get a refund. Really good customer service

Team resolved missing label issue

I sent my order back via my local shop, but I forgot to include my returns label. Chris got intouch with me to let me know, and helped me get it sorted straight away. Incredible customer service . Thanks 😊

The label came off my bag but parcel connect contacted me and I was able to send the label to them and they printed it again and were able to send it on.
