Was met at the airport by the park and go guy he was there when I arrived on my return i phoned the park and go people and I was met in the car park .. all was well up to the point I got into my car and found the wires to my dash cam dangling down .. the next day I phoned park and go and asked the question as to why my dash cam had been unplugged with the wires left dangling .. his reply was that some cars had, had fires in them caused by the wires being connected .. I challenged this and he said from the cigarette lighter I said mine was hard wired and I have never heard of them setting on fire .. he then said we don’t want you to know we we park the car as there are millions of pounds worth of cars on site .. seeing as I have a tracker on my car I knew exactly where it was parked.. .. I won’t be using this company again as they had no right whatsoever to touch and unplug my property and also I was not told that they would do this …

Used them at Gatwick for the first time and wow these guys really know how to provide a faultless service.
Professional, reliable, punctual, proactive and polite and courteous.
A stress free service. Highly recommended.

Bristol Airport A38 Meet & Greet, well what can i say this is a fantastic, reliable, safe and friendly service. We have used this company on several occasions as have other family members. They are so quick at collecting and dropping your vehicles back to you and are such a friendly, reliable team of people. If you are looking for parking, these are the guys. They truly are A*.

Having read so many terrible reviews for Meet and Greet companies at Heathrow, I was pleased to find a company with positive reviews. We chose not to select the very cheapest company and it was worth paying the extra. We found Park and Go to be reliable and friendly; the system worked and we were met within 15 minutes of our call at drop off and pick up. The only comment is that the people meeting us in the short stay car park weren't immediately obvious with the Park and Go logo; I think they were wearing Terminals Parking tabards.

Park and Go is an agent for airport parking companies and as such it really does give a good service. We needed to cancel our booking within hours of having made it and Park and Go couldn't have been more helpful.

The very best of parking service and administration to go with it. We've used them now for four years and cannot get over the efficiency of their administration when amendment is needed. Equally impressive their operators. All have been found extremely polite, courteous, prompt, efficient and reliable. Amazingly well run organisation. We wish they would teach most other on-line retailers of ANY kind how to operate in today's world when customers expect excellent service. With Park and Go they get exactly that. Thank you and well done. You have us for life!

Complete fraudsters. 'Meet and greet' at Manchester airport... nothing of the sort. Return from holiday to be met with continual excuses. Finally returned to compound to collect our own car to find extra miles on car and worst of all stinking of smoke. Kids felt sick all the way home. Nobody to speak to as the actual staff have covid and these guys are just filling in....complete nonsense.... car still stinks the next day. Ring the number and male who states he's the owner apologises and tells me to get the car valeted and he will pay for it to be made right..... car valeted and guess what - of course he changes his mind. Total gang of cowboys. If you read this and still book with them, you deserve what's coming to you.

A38 were efficient courteous and very competitively priced. They were also very friendly. I have used them a few times and would highly recommend this service.

Excellent service at Bristol airport.
Met promptly at 5.00am by Alfie who is a lovely chap who took the car , then helpfully returned 5 mins later after I realised I had left a very small but vital bag in it !

Very impressed with ease of service and reasonable cost. Will definitely use again… no more silver zone for us !!

This is the first time I had used A38 parking and I was really pleased with the level of service and communication from them. I was running late and they were there to collect the car in a timely fashion. I look forward to using them again soon

Brilliant service. Phoned when 30 mins away then 5 mins away to drop off and was met at the stop and go carpark, next to terminal.. On return had text when landing and told to phone when collected luggage, car was there in the park and go car park in 5 mins.. Amazing service and would definetly use again..

First time using Park and go and it was very easy and stress free. The driver was already at the airport to collect our car on arrival and also Nick arrived just as we got to the car park on our return. Perfect timing for an easy transfer to go home. Faultless service. Highly recommended 👍🏻
