If I could give minus 100
If I could give minus 100, that would honestly be my score, because even 1 star is far too generous.
The “cheapest” car park advertised is not truly the cheapest at all. Only upon arrival do you discover additional payments are required just to get transported near the airport — not even directly to the terminal, but to a hotel car park located around 10–15 minutes walking distance from one terminal and even further from another.
Unfortunately, that was not the worst part of the experience.
On arrival, passengers are left waiting outside in freezing temperatures with no shelter, no toilets, and no proper organisation. I was travelling with my family and my 2-year-old grandson in zero-degree weather. After a long journey, standing outside with a child and luggage was completely unacceptable.
The shuttle service was chaotic and poorly managed. The driver showed no consideration for families travelling together, even when seats were available. Instead of making sensible decisions about who should board first — especially passengers with imminent departures, children, or elderly travellers — people were simply left behind to wait another 30 minutes despite another bus being available.
The journey itself was uncomfortable and unsafe. Passengers were overcrowded with luggage everywhere, sometimes forced to stand balancing between bags or hold someone else’s suitcase on their knees.
This was not a stress-free airport parking experience. It felt disorganised, uncomfortable, and extremely poorly managed from beginning to end.
Unfortunately, the return journey was just as bad. After an already tiring trip home, passengers were again expected to walk back to the hotel car park carrying luggage. The telephone support handler appeared disorganised and unable to provide clear information about shuttle arrival times, which only added more frustration and confusion after travelling.
This is by far the worst car park where I have ever left my car. What should have been a simple airport parking service became a stressful and exhausting experience from beginning to end.
Drop off date was 10th October 2025…
Drop off date was 10th October 2025 before our flight to Australia via Singapore. After being told to meet them at The Holiday Inn, we received a text telling us to meet them at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. We found the rendezvous point with some difficulty and left our keys with the operatives, along with 4 other car owners. Charged for a shuttle bus to LHR. Collection at LHR 19th November 2025, taken to a secure looking compound and not charged for transfer. Car was fine. Fine notice awaited us on arrival home for ‘illegal parking at Crowne Plaza’! Since escalated to a Crown Court Summons notice and increasing fine from Park Maven. DCB Legal, Runcorn WA7 1UG involved., despite following advice and repeatedly appealed the notice. This is a complete disgrace and I intend to pursue this scam. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER under any circumstances.
Cessation refused
Having researched this company I have discovered that on 10th February 2026 the CEO attempted to cease trading.
On 21st February 2026 Companies House refused the cessation due to unpaid debts. It is therefore still running although it appears in name only.

I would give this a zero if it was an option, this is a scam company, I paid £165 to park my car for a flight at Heathrow Airport, phoned the mobile number which was not in service over and over again, no one at the location we were given so in fear of missing our flight we were told by 2 security guards to just park our car at The Holiday Inn and hope for the best!!! We then had to arrange for a friend to drive up from Swindon to take our car back to his house as we are away for 5 weeks, I am just praying we don’t have a parking fine waiting for us when we get back to the UK. Avoid this company at all costs, SCAMMERS!!!!
I took my car here in September last…
I took my car here in September last year to park. I was told to park in the Holiday Inn and we would be shuttle from the Holiday Inn to Heathrow Airport on the way back. We will never picked up by the shuttle bus and were made to make our own way back by taxi and now I’ve just had a parking fine six months later through the door saying I should’ve never parked at the Holiday Inn
DO NOT USE
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Was given details to park at Holiday inn. No one there. No answer on the mobile number provided we tried for 45 minutes. In fear of missing our flight we had to make a new booking with purple parking which cost £175 . Be careful this company i believe is scamming people. Wish id read reviews earlier
Complete scam
Complete scam. Now fighting a £170 demand for payment for a ticket when I was parked with them. A##holes.
Would give this 0 if possible
Would give this 0 if possible. Shuttle bus not running so told to get a taxi that would be refunded. No refund given at the time and flat out no response from email. 5 months later no refund.
AVOID - NEVER GOT PICKED UP
If I could give this zero then I would! I went through Compare Your Parking and used Park at Airport Ltd.
I arrived at a disused hotel homing asilum seekers, with graffiti all around saying 'get out'. I parked on the grass adjacent. The site wasn't secure. On arrival I paid an additional £6 each way for transfers.
On return, the transport never arrived, as they didn't have any drivers! I was told to get an Uber back to the hotel, which cost £33, and that they would transfer the funds within 4-5 days. After 6 weeks, 3 emails, and 2 phone calls I have still not received the funds.
My advice would be to avoid any of these companies and pay the extra £20 and stop in the airport car parks.
Scam company!!
Scam company!!! Do NOT use!!!!!!
On top of their charges (you get more charges from them when you turn up), you will get a parking fine from the place where you drop off the car for parking. And when picking up. So £200 extra charge on top of using this company.
Do NOT use under any circumstances!!!!! On day of using company, they had moved to Crowne Plaza Heathrow instead of Holiday Inn.
They burst my tyre
They gave me my car back with a burst tyre and then have been ignoring me and refusing to reimburse me 220 for the repair. Can anyone help me escalate this and sue them?
Drop off location changed
Drop off location changed, only notified when we called 20 mins before drop off. Drop off at old hotel car park.
Collection a nightmare, called once clear at 16.15, eventually collected at 17.40 after numerous phone calls, only to find out collection driver had only got the call at 17.20. Don`t use this lot!!!!
Ulez charge
I booked to leave my car and was directed to an abandoned hotel carpark. This felt very unsafe for a woman on her own. I was greeted by 2 Indian men operating from a car boot. I did not feel safe. When I returned home from holiday I had received 2 ulez charges when my car had been in their care. The company refused to pay them. Please do not use these cowboys.
please do not use the company no matter what they promise.
This company is a rip off and please do not use them. On the day of parking we were directed to a different place to park. Which was basically a mud bank behind what looked like a closed hotel. I was already worried. Then we were told the transfer driver ( only one) was stuck in traffic and we were advised to get an uber. In the return they failed to answer and then when they finally sneered we were told the driver was stuck in traffic and advised to get an uber. The car was at yet another seedy location. So it costs much more and there was only one driver and they aren’t reliable and are basically running what I believe is a scam. I’ll pay more and use a reputable car parking firm next time.
Incompetent rubbish - AVOID
Drop off was a construction site behind a dodgy truck stop. No lighting, no office and no one on site when i arrived. After many calls eventually someone arrived with no paperwork. If i had any other option i would have left immediately and parked somewhere else. Took over 1 hour to get from my car to the terminal.
On the return it took me 2 hours and 20 minutes from calling the "shuttle" to picking up my car.
Incompetent rubbish - PLEASE AVOID
Avoid
Only giving one star as I can’t have zero.
Had a text as we approached giving a different postcode to go to, which turned out to be a disused hotel car park with loads of boards round it, Very concerned at leaving the car to a man operating out the back of a van, the receipt given for the keys was a piece of paper ripped off the end of a piece of A4. Charged £6 transfer each.
On return shuttle was apparently in for a service so told to get an uber and to tell the driver we would only pay £12, the taxi cost £17 and we are yet to receive our refund. Got the car back, (shuttle was parked up not at the garage as told) which had additional miles (we took a photo prior to holiday) both front seating pushed back and reclined, steering wheel dropped (all very boy racer style) forward facing camera disconnected, one of the exhausts damaged.
Since getting home we have received a parking ticket for £100 from Park Maven and had to replace a tyre (£190) as a bolt has gone through and been driven flat. Car was 2 days old when we dropped it off. Surprise surprise we can’t get hold of anyone to resolve
We booked this car parking through…
We booked this car parking through compareyourparking.co.uk as we were flying via London Heathrow. We received a text on the day saying the car park had moved locations, which started to make us feel concerned already. Having no other option at the time we preceded to the destination and arrived at the back of crown plaza which looked very abandoned and shady. We were confused and unsure if we had arrived at the correct place. Another car was also in the same situation as us as there was no clear sign posting to the car park. It took us a while to work out where we were meant to go as the phone number we rang didn't answer so this took up a lot of our time. Eventually when we found the correct place and parked up, we hovered around wondering if we actually had found the right place and then we were approached by 2 Asian men handing us our parking ticket and saying about paying for the £12 transfer fee for both ways. They were working out the back of their car which instantly felt very dodgy, and had a card machine to pay the fee, the other people that were also parking there questioned why they were working out the back of the car and if they had an office, they said they were in the process of changing offices. We then had to hand over our key, which felt uncomfortable however this was in the agreed terms and conditions of booking which we hadn't noticed. We took photos of our car before giving the keys. They said the car would be moved to one of their compounds which again felt a bit strange. we were transferred via a mini bus to the airport and told to contact them on return to be picked up. We did this and we were picked up after waiting about 30 mins. We got to our car and noticed it looked very dirty on the outside, covered in mud and leaves and bird poo so god knows where it was parked but it is filthy, we haven't noticed any damage however we had energy drinks in our car for the journey back which were not there on return- we flagged this to the 2 guys who just looked at us and apologised, yes luckily nothing valuable had been taken as we left nothing in the car but quite baffling that these had been taken!
The service in itself worked well however had a very dodgy and uncomfortable feel to it and lacked professionalism which would definitely mean we would not recommend parking here and will absolutely avoid using this service again.
COMPANY LOST KEYS
COMPANY LOST KEYS
Probably the worst company I have ever used in my life. Appalling service and car keys lost. Cars are not kept in a secure car park, but an abandoned building site - cars parked out of site, on top of fallen trees etc. Absolutely insane experience. Do not use.
Avoid
Like all other reviews, my experience was negative. About one minute before getting to the Holiday Inn car park at Heathrow I received a text telling me to go to another location - an empty hotel with hoarding all around it - which looked dirty and dodgy. Just a few blokes in a car telling you where to park and asking for keys. I worried about my car for the whole 2 weeks I away. There was also no shuttle bus to the airport as promised so we had to get an Uber. Avoid.
If I could give half a star
If I could give half a star - it would be too much!
I booked Park at Airport / Parking4You for my trip from Heathrow through a comparison site, and it turned into an absolute nightmare.
After leaving my car and keys at their so-called “secure” site (Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 J4), I later received a Parking Charge Notice for that same car park — while I was away and they had full custody of my vehicle.
They failed to register my car correctly with the hotel’s parking system, ignored over 40 phone calls when I tried to get picked up on return, and were completely unreachable when I tried to resolve it.
It took weeks of chasing, multiple formal complaints, and help from Citizens Advice before the situation was finally corrected — by other companies, not them.
If you value your time, sanity, and money, avoid this company completely. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and operate in a way that leaves customers vulnerable to fines and stress.
