Do NOT use this company.. they told me my car would be parked indoors, it had been parked underneath a tree for 3 weeks which resulted in the paintwork being severed damaged from tree sap and bird poo, to add to that they have cracked all my front bumper , when i contacted them and told them they hung up the phone and blocked my number

Please DO NOT BOOK from them. They are parking SCAMMERS.

I booked parking with this company from 28th August to 4th September 2025 and handed over my car to their driver. When it was returned to me at the airport, it was in shocking condition. The car had clearly been mishandled during the time it was in their care.

I immediately contacted them through WhatsApp (calls and messages, even sending photos of the car’s condition), but I received no proper response. Their customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional.

I paid for a safe and reliable parking service, but instead, I got stress, damage, and complete negligence. This company is not trustworthy – they take your car and return it in a terrible state, with no accountability.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable parking services that actually take care of their customers and vehicles.

Awful company with poor customer service. Texting whilst driving my vehicle, very unsafe. Took them 90 minutes to collect us. Do not book here!!! When contacted to ask for a refund they said no and to claim through the bank.

Booked a spot with Parkdock for my flight at 10.10 am. They sent me an email saying they'd get me from the hotel to the airport in 15-20 minutes. Great. Planned accordingly. The shuttle ended up taking slightly over an hour to get to the airport! Luckily my flight was delayed or I would have missed it. Sent them a text but got no reply.
Returned a week later and called their number. They told me they'd bring my car to me. Great. They arrive at the airport and the guy hops out of the car and presents me with a crumpled up parking slip. I had to pay £7 to get my car out of the parking lot. They never told me about this ahead of time so it was an unexpected expense.

Waited over hour to take us to airport took over 14 phonecalls before they answered, on return waited again over half hour said he was there on the 3rd floor which we went to 1st as told, went up to 3rd floor it was 5 mins after he then pulled onto the 3rd floor, excuses & lies, never ever use this company again

AWFUL SERVICE and PARKING FINE included.

1st, they arrived late to pick up the car upon my arrival at the airport, despite my calling them 30minutes before I arrived at the meeting point. I had to wait for them to pick up the car for 30 minutes.

2nd, I ordered a service that included a car cleaning. The car was returned to me in the same condition I let it. Of course, they charged me for the cleaning service.

3rd, I have received a parking ticket because they let my car into a restricted parking area and they didn't pay for it.

4rd. I have tried to sort this out amicably and recover the money for the service they never delivered, as well as the parking ticket. Needless to say, I am still waiting

Our experience with your company has been highly unsatisfactory. The drop-off location's distance from Heathrow Airport proved inconvenient, particularly as the promised complimentary shuttle service was unavailable, necessitating a £15 Uber fare. Furthermore, a 45-minute delay occurred during the collection process, despite a prior notification call made 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Considering these issues, the service did not meet expectations.

Edit: we have now also received a PCN for £140 when my car was left on parking with this company. The car was left on a random street in West Drayton. I doubt there are any leased parking spaces at a hotel as they claim. I will report them for fraud

We booked the meet and greet service. The booking process was straightforward and the guy arrived within 15 mins. However I paid for the car wash add on and the car wasn’t washed. In fact it was a lot dirtier than how we left it. And to top it off, we had a phone connect device in the car (RRP £80) which was stolen. Upon raising these 2 issues with the staff they stopped responding to all attempts to contact them. I wouldn’t trust my car with them again

They seem legit at first but do not use, not only was the driver late to pick up my car, they were also 2HOURS LATE to bringing my car back! When you’re tired and been flying all day, you wanna just get in the car and go home but we were waiting in the roasting parking shelter for over 2 hours, I kept being told “he’s 5 minutes away, he’ll be there any moment” it was ridiculous!

Then to top it off I received a parking fine because of these scammers and it was a pain in the rear end to appeal! I beg you! Use someone else

I had a great experience . We went on Long Holiday for 32 days and the Drop off and Pick up was smooth and most important the Car is in good shape and would definitely recommend it.

Location is close to terminal 4, very near for a low-cost long-stay car park. This means that the (free) shuttle bus journey is very quick; just three or four minutes! Reception was friendly and efficient too.
Very good value for money.

Booked parking at Heathrow with these via Holiday Extras for a 2 week holiday. I found the drop off & collection process really simple and staff friendly and helpful. Car was returned in the same condition I left it with only 5 miles on the clock. Would use again.

We were a bit worried about using this car park as we did see some bad reviews after booking. we made the staff aware of this when we arrived and told them we had made a note of the mileage.
The car was perfect when we got back after two week, if a little dusty and no extra mileage!!

very bad company don't use them they will use your car for personal purposes and they don't keep it parked in the parking lot where it should be
