Silverzone
Silverzone. Long queues to check in, that stretched out of the building. Only 4 self check in machines working and no manned check ins.
Your staff need to understand that modern cars have trackers and provide driving stats via an app. My car was driven in circles around the car park on the day I left it. On pick up day it was driven very hard. I've never scored below 50, they got a 38, and was left with the drivers seat reclined and the heater on max.
My disabled 93 year old Mum and I used silver parking.
My disabled 93 year old Mum and I went to my car in the silver parking zone at 00.30 on the 17th September 2025. The driver's seat was off its tracking, lobsided and impossible to sit on or move forwards and backwards. I am 1.66 metres and use it everytime I get it the car. The seat's back angle adjusting handle was broken off and on the floor. A black rubber box was loose and visible. After 1 and a half hours of standing in the rain the mechanic got the seat level and on the tracking, however the seat will not move forwards and backwards. This is a MOT failure issue I now know. Obviously I complained. The complaint was writen by the receptionist. On the same day, 17th of September, I got an email saying that they accept no liabilty, that maybe I had been driving with a seat off its tracks and closed the case. My question as to whether the car valet drivers' have public liability insurance was ignored. On my Ford Fiesta zetec the seat adjustment is a metal bar under the front seat. I believe that the valet thought the angle adjuster moved the seat forwards and backward and broke it off. My garage has said brute force must have been used to pull the seat off its tracking. My car is booked in for its repair and I may be looking at a whole driver's seat and tracking replacement cost involving several hundreds of pounds.I refuse to use my insurance and incure a premium hike. DON'T USE PARKING AT BRISTOL AIRPORT. READ OTHER REVIEWS TOO. P.S. AIRPORT STAFF ARE RUBBISH, TOO.
Terrible
Used Park Sphere Services Ltd definitely wont use them again used about 50 miles in fuel changed my screen settings n my lights setting i drop car off in the day light n picked up in day light so why change it n left their subway wrapper in my drivers door
Meet and greet moved on return
Booked meet and greet as was traveling with a 9ft 6 surfboard, drop car at the drop and go on return the car was then in multistorey, we could fit surfboard in loft had to carry that and suitcases down flights of stairs, on booking we was told it would b at the drop and go not multistorey, have made a complaint in July and still waiting to hear from senior manager, terrible customer service
£40 charge for 30 minutes
£40 charge for 30 minutes – confusing layout and no response from customer service
I accidentally entered the Multi-Storey Car Park at Bristol Airport instead of the Short Stay. The layout has changed recently due to roadworks, and my sat nav didn’t take me the same way as before, which caused confusion.
I realised my mistake immediately and even spoke to a parking employee, who told me I needed to exit and go to the Short Stay instead. When I went to leave (after just 1–2 minutes), I was already charged £15, so I stayed briefly (around 25–30 minutes total) before exiting.
I was then charged £40, which customer service said was a “discounted” rate from £60. I contacted them explaining what happened, but they refused to refund or adjust the fee, saying I used the wrong car park.
I then politely asked for the matter to be reviewed by a manager or someone in a higher position — but they completely ignored my second email and never replied.
I understand the mistake was mine, but it’s disappointing that there’s no goodwill, flexibility, or even basic courtesy to respond. The roadworks and confusing layout make it easy to end up in the wrong car park, yet customers are charged almost a full day’s rate for a short 30-minute stop.
I’ll be avoiding Bristol Airport parking in the future and warning others to be extra careful — a simple, honest mistake can be very costly, and the customer service is unhelpful once they’ve taken your payment.
Very aggressive bus driver - long waiting times
Returned back to Bristol Airport to the worst experience ever. Very large que waiting for buses. Had to wait for over 40 mins to finally get on a bus. The driver was so aggressive, shouting at everyone to move quicker and move further down the bus which was overcrowded. It felt very unsafe to be so many people on a bus - far too many for safety. But the most upsetting was the bullying behaviour. I paid a lot of money for this and expect a service reflecting that. Absolutely shocking! Will not use them again after having used this service for years.
BVP are Cowboys
Cowboys. BVP damaged our vehicle and now are refusing to return our calls or answer texts or emails. It would not be surprising if they turned out to not be insured. The drop off driver literally threw the keys to us and ran off before we could check the car. DO NOT USE BVP.
Absolute rip off and rubbish
Surely these idiots know when planes are arriving and can at least work out a decent amount of buses. 1 small bus in 15 minutes. Over 200 queuing. Absolute sh*t. Will Never use again.
AVOID
We used Park Sphere Services Ltd (meet and greet service) through comparison site for Bristol airport. We paid for our parking via the website, but realised later that we also needed to pay an additional £7 at car drop off and another £7 on car pick up. Meeting point for drop off and pick up is by the exit barrier of short stay car park, so as you go in, you have to take a ticket and pay the £7, then give ticket to driver who takes your car. Same on return, they will get the ticket on entering, give it to you to pay the £7 to get back out of car park. I should have been suspicious of this at the start! If you've paid for your parking, you shouldn't then have to pay extra.
On car drop off, they were there waiting for us, and on return we only had to wait a couple of minutes.
As soon as we got into the car, I could see there was nearly 70 miles less petrol in the tank to when we dropped car off! I expected 15-20 miles difference due to fluctuations and them driving it to and from a car space, but certainly not nearly 70!
It was dark when we picked car up, but in the morning after we looked at the car to find it caked in mud and some tyres were looking more worn than when we dropped car off.
The guy who returned our car quickly bolted so we couldn't speak to him regarding the petrol at the time.
My husband phoned the only number for them the morning after and couldn't get anywhere with the person. A complete joke. No official website for them, no company details. Nothing. Which I only realised the day after we picked car up unfortunately. I normally look at reviews for everything, but I never have for airport parking as I've never thought it necessary to do. I've learned my lesson and will never be caught like this again. We just hope there is no damage to the car that we haven't identified yet, as from reading other reviews now, I can see this has happened to them.
Long wait for bus to collect our car
We had a long day traveling from Rhodes in Greece . We git to Bristol had a bit of a wait at passport control and luggage. The worst wait was 45 minutes for the silver zone transport to take us to get our car . Absolutely dreadful . No one explains why the delay . Then grumpy bus drivers turn up and put everyone on one bus .it needs Sorting silver zone we actually paid for this poor service and its not cheap !!!!
Meet and Greet Bristol
This was on Compare parking deals site.
Not a meet and greet
Now you have to travel long way to out side car park to get car.
AVOID
Arghh. Why didn't I read the reviews!! Won't be too long winded but....
1. Email instructions clearly stated to use the new "drop off/pick up" facility- needed because had elderly parents with us who can't walk far & had booked assistance which is at the "drop off/pick up". But no - had to use short stay despite my protesting.
2. Such a kerfuffle getting everyone & luggage out of car, partner accidentally kept keys in pocket. There wasnt a process to hand key over/get receipt. Car was still running so was able to drive off. Got to the 4th floor/accessible help point....realised error & rang. Was told to go back to short stay. Tried to get them to come to "drop off/pick up" to collect key, but wouldn't. So partner walked back. Not happy.
3. Returning.....told 30 mins and meet back at short stay. It was raining so we got soaked. Car arrived after 35 mins. Set off home & realised all the small change had gone from centre console. Maybe £6-£8 . Ok so shouldnt really have left it but not had issues before with any other Meet & Greet. We reckon they took it to pay the extra £7 needed when they came back to the car park for the keys!!
AVOID
Hi Viz herding passengers onto bus with a stick
24th September 0015Hrs, after a long day of travelling, a man in a Hi Viz jacket with a stick is herding passengers onto an already overcrowded bus, shouting at people and shouting things like "Don't you turn your back on me", the bus is severely rammed with passengers and their luggage, inside people are falling over cases, there was an empty bus behind. Then what follows is a maniac driver swinging the bus around roundabouts and heavy braking throwing 100+ people around with cases on wheels sliding around pushing people around. Passengers were saying never again will they use Silver Parking. These employees are doing great harm to your business and reputation and are beyond training. Get rid of them!
Void like the plaque
Where do I start, I had the misfortune to book Meet & Greet with Park Sphere Services what a joke that is, my husband is disabled and we have to take medical equipment and liquid food with us so extra luggage weighing up to 30 Kilos, we have been using Meet & Greet for years now as it's easier for us and I'm not getting any younger! So rang as instructed 30 mins from Airport got told to ring back when we were 10 mins, did that and got told to meet them at the short stay carpark I explained again my husband is disabled and we need to be closer was told they were short staffed and what did I want so short stay or nothing! this is 4am so met the guy at short stay, he was on his phone the whole time, so I had to unload the caes etc, for him to then say put them back in and he would drive us to the other side of the car park, again I had to load and unload the car, was told it would be meet and greet on our return, the walk was so long my husband was then in pain for the first 2 days of our holiday! On our return we rang after collecting our luggage to be told short stay, when we refused he said they were short staffed so if we insisted on drop and go it would be 30-40mns wait, after 30 mins I rand back to be told very bluntly it had only been 25 mins and we was told 40 mins after 50 mins I rang back again to be told as least another 20 mins as they were busy! We ended up waiting over an hour and when he arrived he said what did we expect the traffic was bad!!!! When we said that was rubbish he scoffed and walked off while using his hands to show he didn't care. I would like to call them a bunch of Cowboys but that would be to good for them, never again will be use a meet and greet after this
Parking fee is exhorbitant
Parked outside this hotel for less than three minutes to drop off our son, who was checking in for early flight.
Charged £18 to leave car park.
I resent this charge, so different arrangements will be made next time.
Their Helpline response “ we are busy call back later” we were booking in !!!!
We were unable to get through to their helpline to tell them we had arrived . The system kept telling us to “try again later”. We waited 45 mins extra before they picked up the car - then it cost us that extra parking time , not them.
On return “ we are very busy” it took over an hour for them to return the car to us, so we were waiting out in the cold with 2 very tired and grumpy kids.
Never again would I us this company - appalling service.
Avoid, avoid, avoid shocking 'service' very costly, take the bus it far less hassle!
We dropped our car off at 2am and the lady there was fine..we took the 'courtesy' bus to the airport, only to be dropped at some shopping arcade away from the terminal, it's a good 5-10 minute walk with baggage to check in from this odd shopping arcade,
Our outbound experience was ok but there was nowhere enough seats for waiting passengers,
Then we returned 10 days later....
Some of the toilets in arrivals were out of order, confusing up stairs then down stairs to get baggage but I'm guessing it's just because the airport had grown in size, it wasn't good or very professional,
..... now to collect our car......
You have to go outside the terminal (in our case in the rain) walk for about 10-15 minutes to get to this odd shopping arcade, then join hundreds of others crammed into the bus for the silver carpark, a bus driven by a retired rally driver, it was awful we were thrown around like peas in a tin can,
Thankfully we did get to the 'silver' car park without serious injury!!
I joined the qué to get my car keys hoping it would be as trouble free as dropping the car off....er...no..my ticket was snatched from me by some miserable git who handed my ticket to 2 others before my name was called and my keys literally thrown at me!, so I politely asked where my car was...a reasonable question in a car park I'd not used before..the grunt i had back was 'over crossing' alas no! The crossing took you to another field with hundreds of cars abandoned in, the location on my key tag has no correlation to where we eventually found the car, it took well over half an hour to find, and we found it with the window partially open, parked badly dash cam disconnected and it was filthy...and I mean filthy, both inside and out, then my wife had to pull me out of the way of a car being driven like a lunatic by some idiot in a high-vis, then i looked around and all the cars racing around, no wonder cars are damaged, the speed they were going over speed bumps was really stupid!,
We started our car. Closed the window, Reconnected the dash cam, I can only guess why it was disconnected but probably so it didn't record the reckless and stupid driving by the hi-viz clad idiots they employ, reset the Aircon as for some reason it had been set to full?!!!
I had to release the handbrake for my wife as it has been yanked up so hard,
The whole experience left me so annoyed that my car, like many others had been abused since I left it and I'd had to pay a stupidly high price for them to do it!, luckily all it cost me was time and lots of it! Others will not be so lucky,
We were promised a silver service and what we received fell far far short.
So if you do have to fly from Bristol airport I suggest you get a lift, take a taxi or bus as it will be far less hassle and please please Bristol airport, all I can hope is the very odd shopping arcade is only a temporary thing and when the building work is finished it will be knocked down and made into parking places and let the busses stop near the terminal building where they should stop!
( I bet I don't get a civilised reply to this review)

Used comparetheairport.com to arrange a meet and greet service. PARK SPHERE SERVICED LTD attended and picked up the car no issues. However on our return we rang them up as requested on arrival.
We waited for over half an hour and no car. We rang them again and they said the car had a flat battery and wouldn't start. Lie no 1. We then rang again and asked for them to pick us up and taken to the car on two occasions. They did not pick us up.We rang again and this time they said the car gad started and was on the way and should be there in 10 minutes. I asked did they use jump leads they said NO (The car is an automatic). When the car turned up 20 mins later it was dark. On arrival the driver had lost the key? Yet he was able to drive the car? He then found the key?
The driver had pulled up opposite me so that the passenger side was in front of me
We drove home tired and irritated. The next day I went to move my car to its usual parking place e when I noticed the danagecto the front driver side alloy, tyre and front bumper. It was splattered in brown mud consumed with area around Britol airport. I contacted them and they claimed the damage was already there. I asked for them to provide photographic evidence where they refused, I also asked for CCTV which they refused.

Was not a Meet and Greet service.
Was offered Meet and Greet service.
Had to drive to the short stay car park, and pay an additional £7 on arrival and when we returned on top of the original fee just so the car could get out of the short stay car park. This was far from a meet and greet service, had to walk from short stay to the terminal, quite a trek with heavy cases and children. On our return we were delayed by 2 hours and told we had to pay an additional £30, i kicked up a fuss and was called back and thankfully told we did not have to pay it. I would not use this service again.
WORST CAR PARK EVER!
Terrible service!
On arrival, we were put into a van which we were then told to change as it had no headlights. On return waited at the airport for over an hour to be picked up! Once we had got back to the car they didn’t know where my car was, after searching in the pitch black with a torch they found it. The car was unlocked with all keys put in the back of an unlocked van which is their general key store. After getting annoyed with searching for my car I was told to stop being rude!
It’s the worst parking I have ever experience and I do not recommend anyone to use them if you want your car safe and you want to be able to get picked up from the airport.
Absolute shambles and this place should not be open for business!!
