I cancelled 15 mins after booking due to partner booking elsewhere, I was told I would get a refund minus £15 admin fee. This was the 15th May and still no refund! Everytime I ring about it they either hang up or fob me off with excuses and saying 3 working days then 10 working days. I have just rang again and told to contact complaints dept and they hung up. I will be reporting them as this is theft!! AVOID these at all costs, its like getting blood out of a stone!

I got scammed by this company. After they promised us a refund within the next day, it never happened. Four days later got the same response. A week later, they told me the refund would be processed in the next 48 hrs. It has been 30 days in total, and the last response I got is that the refund will happen in the next 30 min, and then silence. Insisted, and the call centre response is: ok, let me check...

Still waiting, probably will wait forever.

Use them for meet and greet at Stansted Airport as I was taking my elderly disabled parents on hoilday
Everything was fine leaving the car on the return took me around 20 minutes to get hold of them when my car finally arrived I was meet in the middle of the car park by a man with my keys he gave me the keys and said you car is at the back when we got to the car it was absolutely filthy looked like it had been on a mud track I got my parents in the car then loaded the mobility scooter and suitcases un the car when I got in the car to drive every light on the dashboard was on I phoned them to tell them that I couldn't drive it the said send e mail to complaints and put phone down I got car out of car park and into birchhanger service station when I called breakdown which they couldn't fix it so had to get recovered home this is only a part of the story I have e mailed them 3 times now and called them with no response this is the worst experience I have ever had with Airport parking these are the worst ever do not use them KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

Phone holder damaged, messages ignored

I drove to Luton Airport to meet a staff member, handed over my car, and ten days later picked it up from the same polite, caring chap. The pickup area charged by the minute, so I grabbed the keys, waved goodbye, and off he went - only for me to spot that my trusty phone holder had snapped in half. It had sat peacefully above the CD player, bothering no one, so the only explanation was someone had wrestled with it like it owed them money. Cue me driving from London to the nearest service station with my phone sliding around on the passenger seat like it was auditioning for “Dancing on Ice” -inconvenient and mildly terrifying! I emailed the company about it, but ten days of radio silence later, I can only assume they’ve joined a witness protection program. I was happy with their service… until my phone holder met its untimely demise and their customer care ghosted me. My trust? Straight down the drain, never to be seen again.

This is a shit company

This is a shit company, do not use them. I booked for meet and greet they made me wait with 3 little kids over 2 hours. They damaged my car, front bumper is gone, and they told me to contact the complain team. Its going for month now they are not reply, when i call them they just cut the call. They are just 2 people running the business and they have shit drivers. Don't use them

Póor service

No mention that you also have to pay £8.50 on arrival and again on departure as you have to meet them inside the short stay car park near the exit. Also when I phoned on return was told driver would be there in 30 to 40 mins and there is no shelter where you meet them. Car was covered in mud on return. Language barrier is also an issue when trying to call them. It's not meet and greet, silver zone would have been cheaper and quicker. Avoid

If I could rate LOWER i absolutely would.
The whole experience was offish and outright weird.
Paid the price of the carpark, then was informed it was an additional £8 PER PERSON for entry of the gate!
This shambles of a minibus can fit 8 people per bus. So this company who, may I add aren’t friendly or helpful, earn an additional £64 for each transfer they do.
So after paying this additional £8 per person, we got dropped all the way down the “short stay car park”. Not even at the main drop off point.
When contacted them to let them know we have landed and waiting to be picked up we was told it was an extra 40 minute wait.
Definitely should have read reviews before booking!
Absolute scam.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. After booking with them I got an email to advise I needed to pay an additional £26 in airport fees. I immediately contacted them to cancel, as the quote was misleading, only to be told that I would have to pay a £15 admin charge. Over two weeks later I am still chasing for the money back. The email address doesn't work and bounces back. Absolute scam!

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! Extra charges added once you have booked, the transfer van is in very poor condition, driver using phone and speeding. Also very poor personal hygiene! Only one transfer van available so an hour wait to be collected. When I called to say we were back, they said we were a day late! Not true - they had our flight details. Charged an extra £20 for getting our key back. Had no choice but to pay to get out of there. DO NOT USE!

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK PARKING WITH THESE CROOKS!!! Not only did they drive with my car for over 100 miles in 4 days, they also damaged my cars front bumper and scratched the side of the car. Nobody is of course taking any responsibility. The drivers point at the company and the company tells me to sort it out with the drivers. Interestingly everyone at this company including the drivers is called Ali with no last name. So I'm out of pocket and saddled with severe body damage that these scammers won't deal with. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND AVOID!!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with airport parking. The place looked like a construction site, with complete chaos, overcrowded, little to no structure in how the cars are meant to be positioned/located and the people working there extremely laid back (with 1 minor exception which was actually helpful on the day), and no sense of urgency for the people that are in a rush to catch a plane.
I think they need to close down before the site is fully ready to expect clients and increase the staff and train them to serve better. For about 6 months, I'd definitely avoid them.

Criminals

Criminals. Stole money from from the car. Extremely late. Left the interior soiled.

It couldn't be farther from a meet and greet service. We booked them in a hurry while driving because got stuck in heavy traffic and would likely lose our flight. Unfortunately the traffic was heavier than expected so the guy arrived and left as it was the end of his shift. So we call them back to send another driver in ~25 minutes.

We were told that the driver would meet us at row D in the orange car park.

Noone was there, we had to temporarily park the car in a very awkward and possibly dangerous spot.

They just showed up 20 minutes late than they said they'd do.

So we missed our flight.

We requested our car back, they said it'll take 30 minutes", and 1 hour15minutes later the car still wasn't there.

We called them many times and every time they said "5 minutes".

Car was returned with soil on all 4 seats. There were clearly 4 passengers doing good knows what with my car.

To anyone still reading this: your car will NOT be taken care of, you'd be lucky if the car is returned to you in one place.

To the company owners: don't do business if you can't do business

Such a big scam i received from this…

Such a big scam i received from this parking company. Booked my car for parking 4 days at London Luton Airport. I booked, i payd and then i followed theyr instruction clearly. I called them 30 minutes before reaching the airport, than i called them again 5 minutes before reaching the airport to know if i gon insode the drop off/ pick up area, or should i wait outside, and i was told to go inside and park in row D. After entering the drop off area and parking in row D, i called again telling them that i arived and parked, and i was told someone is coming in 3-5 minutes maximum. I waited for 10 minutes, no one came, i called again and they said someone is coming soon, after 20 minutes i called again and they were not answering, and onoy after 33 minutes of waiting, someone arived to collect my car, but as it was already past over the maximum waiting time, i could not pay the drop off fee, as a result i received a parking penalty. I sent it to them, they sayd no problem will sort it out, and after so many tries to revontact them on a the stansted comppaints email, i received bavk email from them that it is not company's fault for me getting a penalty charge. So this way i ended up paying drop off fee when i collect my car, i payd them theyr parking charge for 4 days, and i also payd a penalty charge for theyr lies. Scam company, i do not recomend to book any parking with A1 parking, either if it is on Luton or Stansted airport or any other. They lie, and scam.

Booked for 2 cars meet and greet one

Booked for 2 cars meet and greet one. Called them 45min before as instructed. Got at the short stay car park nobody in site to collect our cars. Tried calling all the contact numbers. No one answered. Keep on declining the calls. Even if answered very rude. Asking for car ref again even after giving all the info to them 45 min ago. Ended up staying another 40min at the short stay car park, which we had to pay. Screaming on the call, very disrectiful. Tried texting them to no answer. Once they finally reached, we had to pay £13 for each car, because they took so long to get there. While collecting car again we had to stay in the cold at 1am for 30 more min even after we called them 2 hours before reaching at the meet point. Even after producing them with our flight number also calling them soon we landed. Don’t book with them very disrespectful people.

⭐ 1 Star – Avoid at All Costs

This was by far the worst airport parking experience I have ever had.

After returning to Stansted Airport, I called at approximately 12:26 a.m. to arrange collection and was told a driver would be around 30 minutes. In reality, my family and I were left waiting around 90 minutes before we were finally picked up.

During that time, attempts to contact the company for updates were met with extremely poor customer service. Calls were disconnected, calls went unanswered, and when I eventually spoke to someone, I was treated with complete disrespect. At one point I was placed on hold without warning while trying to explain the situation.

What made this even worse was that I was travelling with my wife, my 10-month-old daughter and my 9-year-old daughter. Leaving a family stranded late at night for such a long period, while providing little to no communication, is completely unacceptable.

When I finally reached my vehicle, I discovered that the mileage had increased by approximately 10 miles and the fuel range had decreased by approximately 10 miles. My vehicle was also returned covered in mud down both sides, with mud all over the tyres. The condition was noticeably worse than when it was handed over.

After complaining, I was offered £20, which I do not feel reflects the inconvenience, poor treatment and concerns raised during this experience.

I have submitted a formal complaint and requested a full explanation regarding the delay, the additional mileage and the condition of my vehicle.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative parking providers.

Beware, please read the reviews

Having used this company for the first time, it will definitely be the last. When they picked my car up I told the driver we would be coming back a day earlier than booked and be sure to inform the office. Upon arriving back at Bristol and contacting them to deliver my car (which took 8 phone calls for them to answer) I was informed they didn’t know who I was and they had no car with my registration. It took 20 minutes for them to understand my registration number and realise a booking for the next day. I told them I informed their driver and then they said I had to pay an early release charge of £20 to get my car back. They wouldn't bring the car until they had proof of payment. I had to transfer them the £20 and then they said the car would be with me in 20 minutes. It took an hour and the car was filthy, having obviously been parked in a muddy field. Through all the communications it was so difficult to understand them. Needless to say I will never use these useless excuses for parking services again.

They stole my rear view mirror

It's a big bad company ,When we got back at airport we had to wait 1 hour to get back our car , while I was waiting somebody from that company rang me to ask if I have a dashcam ...when that guy arrived with my girlfriend car ,He told me that some PEOPLE broke into my car, that SOMEBODY made a mess and that they stole my rearview mirror, but in fact there were several things missing, a key from another car and a chain icon for the car, the person who brought the car told me that it was none of his business and to call the office, but they don't answer the phone... DON'T LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY, they are THIEVES... the window or the door wasn't broken , so , was somebody that used the key to unlock the car and to steal our things.
