I received a ticket due to a typo when entering my license plate number. I tried to dispute and was not able. I am not sure why, but I did pay for my parking. I am not sure why I cannot dispute if I can provide evidence that I paid for my parking.

Pulled in the parking lot and payed by app. Minutes later a parking ticket was left on our car. We saw the attendant writing tickets, however we payed by app, have the receipt, and did not expect to get a ticket. No phone number to dispute, however we disputed online. Still no response, resolution, and no way to resubmit or contact anyone. This company, app and system, needs serious overhaul.

I did not need the parking spot since we wet t to the wrong store location. I tried to get on and cancel the order but it doesn’t let you. I felt scammed

Pricing was advertised at lower price than what I was charged.

We are lucky to have a person who had a phone that could download your program. No place else for us to park or pay without this program. We were trying to pay by the machine in the lot but didn't work. VERY SAD THAT WE HAVE COME TO THIS.

I paid for a spot when I parked on a lot that said $8 dollars for 8 hours. It was not $8 and the spot was only "reserved" for 2 hours. I parked at 6:30 but my confirmation said the reservation wouldn't start until 7:30.

Advertised price was not what was charged. Huge sign saying $8. No mention of an "event" happening that night. Charge was over $10. By the time parked and downloaded the app we didn't have time to find another place. Will not use again.

The parking meter (on the street) expired for non residence of this area. I understood the sign that the parking was free after a specific time. I paid of course. But still reclined at $50.00 ticket. I certainly did not do this on purpose. We moved the car to another spot and the service did not work. Perhaps, because we had a ticket?? Who knows?? All I know is that I tried to follow the rules and still got hosed.

Paying for the ticket wasn't hard but there was a physical sign that said $8 and the ticket itself was $10.99; I checked both 1 hour and 2 hour parking and they were the same. Just misleading if intentional, or a pretty significant error if not.

Parking spaces are pretty narrow

If I could give negative 1 star I would. I used this parking lot for a meeting in Columbus. I paid the $7 for parking, scanned the qr code, got my receipt via email. I then 2 hours later got a text message that I was in violation for not paying and needed to pay $34 for violation fee. I did, bc I was scared they'd tow my car. Long story short after calling and explaining, they said I'd be refunded the $34, I'm still waiting.

I was just so surprised how easy they made it and how great the price was.

Paid 20 bucks for 3 hours was a rip off

Website was extremely hard to use. The prompts/fields were hard to type in. The hourly rate also did not make sense. 1 hour was $9, and 1.25 hours was $23.
