I paid when we parked on my phone and came back to a ticket. 1 hr into the 2hrs I paid for.
Needless to say I threw out the $30 ticket.

Was given a ticket even though we paid, appealed online, and have yet to hear back about the outcome.

I would give zero if I could, I tried 10 times to pay with my credit card, didn't work, checked the numbers, zip, cvv, each time, my friend checked as well, everything matched we used his card and it worked first try my card was then used without issue for lunch, dinner, at the store, gas station, etc ... His card was a visa mine a MasterCard. Not sure why it wouldn't work, and the site was not helpful in the least.

I received a parking ticket for the time that I used your service. I need a receipt to show proof or have to pay $50

Please connect to google pay or venmo. I don't want to stand in a dark cold parking lot downtown, taking out my credit card to enter it into my phone or a kiosk. Hugely scary to have to do.

Advertised at 8 dollars for 24 hrs and end up paying 12 dollars for 3 hrs.

The sign in the lot said $8 all day....I was charged $8.99 per hour. the app was difficult and cumbersom.

Too expensive for 30 mins. That was little too much i felt.

You have to go through too much trouble to get the parking paid. If it had been raining, I would have just not attended the Christmas party and the trouble paying was almost enough to cancel anyway.

Simple and fast. Easy to navigate.

It was simple, however it never asked for a parking spot location and I saw many people just not paying. So I am not sure how this is enforced.

It was easy to use only because there was a QR code box. I could scan with my phone.. The price was reasonable for the area.

I paid 12 bucks to park there for a few hours. Then got my window smashed in and got robbed. Cost me 200 dollars to get replaced. Overall price for my few hours of parking: $212.00…. Not even any cameras to protect my vehicle

You aren’t able to reup your time so what good is having the app. I need to be able to add more time and not have to move my car and interrupt my event in the elements. This was useless as a user.

Not good at all. If you are parking only for few hours ok but expensive for a day

I got my credit card hacked using the app
