My night was supposed to be enjoyable with some coworkers and the parking was a stressor that made things complicated. I was charged $8.99 each time I added time. It never stated anywhere that I could choose the whole night for one charge of $8.99. I also had to go back out to my car anytime I wanted to add time

I paid online for parking and still got a parking violation. Do not recommend

They double charged me for my parking after their defective machine didn’t work. Look for a meter, this parking stinks!

Expensive, ice not cleared from parking lot, so I fell.

I used the QR code because the person ahead of me shared that the machine was not printing receipts. For a lot that’s being monitored 24/7 that seemed odd to me. The app worked fine , so I wish there was an ability for a setting that would remind you parking was due 15 minutes before it expired like other apps provide. The lot was not well lit nor was it salted or plowed.

Sign stated parking was $3 however was actually charged $8.99 and had to use the app due to lack of receipt paper in the machine. Poor lighting in the lot.

Could have been an isolated incident however not the best first experience in downtown Columbus, Ohio.

To bad it was a lot to pay for just 1 hour

The website wasn’t working. I tried to pay but kept receiving errors. I was still charged and didn’t use the spot.

I was charged twice for 1 spot and no way to get a refund.

Parking Space labels very faded. Machine didn't work properly. Signage not clear. Conflicting information posted. Website did not work initially. Overall a terrible experience.

We paid at the machine but it did not print a ticket. There was a sign with a phone number to text. I texted the number and have not received a response… more than 48 hours later.

A long process of dealing with the machine, waiting for a text back, not getting a text back, downloading the app.

You pay by parking space also, so how would anyone know if there is still time available on my spot when I left and then they double paid for time?

Very disappointed with the entire experience.

I used the text feature from the lot on a Saturday afternoon and was charged for two hours plus tax… ($8.35). Two hours later the attendant was there and told me (as I was getting ready to go) that I’d I paid for another hour he’d “let it go”… dumb me, I paid by machine this time and got a ticket to display in window (parking was $3.00 until midnight, due to it being a WEEKEND). Wow. I have contacted them, no reply. But the asked for a review, so here it is. Use the machine at the lot, do NOT use the text feature/app.
