the person whom collected the car spoke no english - i was very anxious all the time i was away as unsure if u was getting car back all seemed very suspect - in addition on collection of car key was just left on the tyre unattended. _ there was 30 miles on the clock added mcdonald’s wrappers and the car looked like it had been off road - when trying to make contact to discuss concerns messages and phone calls ignore Do NOT use !

Poor service
Rang 30 mins before arrival - told to meet at a different car park than advertised. Then waited a further 40 mins with other people for key collection.
On return, I rang as soon as clearing customs. Told driver would ring in 20 mins. Chased after 35 mins. Person was very rude and said it would be a further 10-12 mins. Had to meet at a different car park & level than on paperwork. Waited 20 mins - driver appeared and left us with a filthy car along with a vape inside.
Poor communication - will never use again

Meet & Greet Parking Nightmare, booked through Parking Buddy and serviced by Stansted Parking Services Ltd. After calling pre arrival it was almost 2 hours before took our car, because of which, we had to pay an additional charge of £13. We so nearly missed our flight. The return was worse - over an hour waiting in the cold past midnight to be given our car. The driver left hurriedly. The footwell was covered in thick mud along with the seat, inside door, door post and trim. Outside, the bodywork, all tyre’s and wheels were also covered in mud with deep scratches on the rear bumper.
The service was disgraceful, so poor and totally unacceptable - we called 7 times on both occasions, only to be told “that they are on their way” then immediately ending the call.
What a joke - impossible to say anything positive or constructive

Appalling experience – avoid this company

I used Sky Park’s meet-and-greet service at Stansted and was extremely disappointed with the way my car was returned.

When I collected the vehicle, I discovered damage to the car that was not there when I handed it over. I had taken photographs and videos before leaving the vehicle, so I have clear evidence of its condition when it was handed to them.

To make matters worse, the car was returned with rubbish left inside, and the car key had been left on the tyre, which is completely unacceptable for a professional meet-and-greet service.

I have contacted the company and requested that the damage and the way the vehicle was handled are properly investigated and resolved. I expect them to take responsibility for what happened while the car was in their care.

For a service where you are trusting a company with your vehicle, this experience was extremely concerning. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this service thinks carefully and checks exactly who will be handling and storing their car.

Very poor service and customer care. I would not use them again.

I have lodged an official complaint!!! My car was not returned to me at the airport but left at the side of a country lane, billowing smoke ! I had to pay £320 to have my vehicle recovered. I was a lone female with my daughter deserted in the middle of nowhere where with a car that was unsafe and in drivable. I am so disgusted and am now struggling to make any contact with SC parking.

Whilst the drop off was excellent. The pick up was horrendous.
When you have been up since 12.30 in the morning and you have traveled for almost a day. You really want a seamless service.
Originally advised 20 minutes which turned out to be an hour. When we finally arrived back at the car park. They could not find my keys.
I will make a point of not using this service again

The service was great on the 18 September 26.
My car was awaiting for me ready to go.
Nice guys gave me back my key. Just one signature to confirm.
Oh.. Had to pay £10 for yr return ticket.

Absolutely awful,
Had to wait 45 min for them to pick up the car (called 20 min before arrival as instructed) paid 12.50£ parking ticket . Be careful as you can easily miss your flight. Then had to wait for them to deliver the car when I got back to the uk - 1h30min! Dozens of calls only to hear that they will contact the driver, or they don’t pick up.. paid the parking ticket again 8£ when the car was delivered..

Pre call on way to airport very helpful, clear instructions, nice staff

Service by Parking Buddy, was excellent, responded to my calls, meet and greet was excellent, no delays, clean and trusted service. I highly recommend Parking Buddy to all. We had our recent service from Terminal-3. Thank you.

Due to cancelled flight I needed support and none was available. For 2 days it was impossible to get through on the phone. Nobody responded to my voicemail & nobody responded to my ticket or whatsapp msg. Overall the experience was terrible. It’s clear that if things go wrong at the airport eg flights are cancelled then customers are on their own. I won’t risk using parkingbuddy again. To make things worse the parking company - Mayfair Parking - was also dreadful.

Supposed to be meet & greet but ended up walking to far away car park which cost extra £26 to entry and exit. This was no where a meet and greet service and quite unprofessional

It was good service, the only issue is the customer service, where it worries me on first step, none was answering the mail or other contact number, but the service was as good as we expected.
Thank you guys, but please work on your customer service system 🧏‍♂️.

Do not use this company your car gets parked in the middle of nowhere when collecting you when you arrive is a big problem we waited over an hour and then told us that we had the wrong time a nightmare

Very bad service. I think was the worse I ever experienced. I book meet and greet . On arrival at the airport been told that they have a problem and I have to drop my car at holiday inn hotel … when I get there they said I had to go to holliday inn express and walk to terminal. Luckily I paid fast track security if not probably will loose my flight. Took ages to answer the phone both times to go and come back. Took them almost 45 minutes to bring my car on return. Ridiculous service.

Booked Meet&Greet for Luton airport 21-30Aug, price was somewhat 10£ cheaper. Don’t fall for that.
Once received the confirmation, at the very bottom it’s notifying that some other company will handle meet and greet.
Once I gave them a call for dropping car off 30min notice, they sent me to the hotel parking and not airport drop off plus 7£ fee. Was suspicious but ok, thinking they’ll send a shuttle bus from there to airport. But no, said they have no license now to get to airport and we have to go by foot. That’s a totally not meet&greet, and not even park&ride and should be much cheaper than 10£.
Whole family had to go with whole luggage for 25min to airport across the road. Thankfully wasn’t raining and had enough spare time left for luggage drop off.
On return they sent us to airport drop off area to fetch a shuttle bus which will not wait for us and had left before we arrived with luggage. Called me back saying it will return in 15min, which wasn’t a problem. After 20min no one arrived but called me back saying they will drop the car off at drop off area now. Arrived after 15min, left the car and walked off. Due to the roadworks around area traffic is immensely slow. Takes 15min to get out of it.
It was a horrible experience and I would avoid it next time.
The whole Luton airport parking is a mess actually and partially airport owners are at fault.
Nonetheless companies didn’t notify me on changes and held our family at ransom once you on a way to airport and is too late and expensive to change anything.

Avoid at all cost!
Rarely answer the phone.
Disorganised proces overall.

Booking and confirmation went ok, but on drop off, when we finally found the driver in diff car park then the one stated on booking, we were then told to pay the car park fee of £13, felt quite concerned about leaving car with random person in diff car park.

The return was horrendous!! Rang them and was told it would be 45 mins to 1hr - after 1 hr I phoned numerous times as car still hadn't moved. 2hrs later phoned again, car then moved on tracker which we could see was parked 1.5 miles away. 20 mins still no car. Looked on tracker and could see location of car - so walked to where it was and saw it parked up in a totally diff car park - when we got there there was no driver so rang them again to see where driver was for key and was told he had to take another car and keys were on the wheel - 😳😳😳😡😡😡😡😡😡fuming

So they left a £60K car in a random car park at Stansted with the keys on wheel

We got in car and then had to pay again to exit car park
