No problem solving capabilities

I ordered tomato seeds & it showed the wrong address. I emailed them the new address with a picture of my order. They didn’t fix it & won’t. Don’t order from them. If there is any problems they won’t help or fix it. You are just out of your money.

Great experience

Great experience! I grew all of my annual flowers from seed this year for the first time. The seeds from Park Seed had a 90- 100% germination rate, the shipping was fast and there are so many seeds to choose from. I'll be back.

Park Seed does not disclose foreign origin

Park Seed does not disclose that some of their seeds come from different counties of origin on the website. Their seeds are not all from the USA! It is printed on the packets, but you don't know you have purchased foreign seeds until they have arrived, when it is too late. DO NOT BUY!

Excellent customer service provided…

Excellent customer service provided when I forgot to use a discount code on my order. Contacted them and it was resolved very quickly with no hassles. Also have had excellent customer service in the past when purchasing different items. One or two plants I ordered did not grow but a full refund was provided after contacting them. Thanks for great customer service. I will continue being a regular customer.

Horrible I was surfing the website and…

Horrible I was surfing the website and put something in my cart … and all of a sudden it says thank you for your order that I didn’t authorize.. I then proceed to look for their customer service number shocker they don’t have one. I immediately sent and email to stop the order and I get an automatic response that you can’t cancel and order a customer service rep with respond in 3-4 days and there are no refunds only store credit… on an unauthorized charge! BUYER BE WARE

I feel like an idiot

I feel like an idiot. I ordered what I thought was "seed" (Blue Star Creeper) from a company called, "Park Seed" and got plants. No where in the description did it say I was getting plants, and "quart" could mean actual seed as well, or at least I thought. Customer service rep was nice on phone, but I think your site description needs to be more specific for idiots like me.

Poor customer support regarding seeds 2025 I bought green beans seeds I had difficulty with germinating them first time in years I’m a 75 year old home farmer and have a green house live in Illinois and I start planting flowers in January I’m very successful the quality of the vegetables seeds are lacking something since I was forced to purchase seeds from a big box store which are amazing compared to Park Seeds be careful it’s possible to buy quality seeds cheaper and not pay shipping charges

Quick Delivery, Quality Plants, Seeds & Products

I ordered a mix of plants, seeds, and products, and they were all delivered within the week! The seeds and bird feeder arrived a couple of days before the plants, and came with a nice little booklet on Seed Starting, along with documentation that the seeds had been inspected for quality! When the plants arrived, they came with other own planting instructions! I'm saving my seeds for the spring, but my plants (Armeria Dreameria) look happy and healthy with new blooms already opening!

Really impressed with the selection of seeds, and the amount of accessories available to start a successful grow. I bought some herbs and mini tomatoes for my "kitchen window garden", and some peppers/tomatoes for outdoor use. No germination issues, shipping was fast, and packaging was attractive and durable.

I had a fantastic experience with Park Seed! I ordered a variety of items—seeds, mushroom spawn, a vertical garden, and a composting bin—and everything arrived perfectly packaged and in great condition. Park Seed kept me informed every step of the way with shipping updates, which I really appreciated.

All of my seeds sprouted successfully, the mushroom spawn is growing vigorously, the vertical garden was high quality and easy to assemble, and the compost bin started working right away. I couldn’t recommend Park Seed more highly—top-notch products and service!

Horrible Horrible Company! I would not recommend them at all!

If I could give them a zero I would. I planted a packet of seeds, there were not 200 in them and I needed more so I paid the ridiculous shipping cost for overnight shipping. It’s been over 48 hours and UPS doesn’t even have my order yet. I do NOT recommend buying seeds from this company! Their customer service is also horrible. I had my receipt right in front of me but they kept telling me I didn’t pay for overnight delivery. They finally refunded only part of my delivery charge and asked me what the standard delivery charge was. Why wouldn’t they know that? Are they guessing?

0% germination rate

I bought a packet of angelonia seeds earlier this year, but none of them germinated. Very disappointed. I asked for a refund a week ago (because they allegedly guarantee their products) but haven't heard back from them. Poor customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a plant and it arrived dead. When I say dead I mean it looked like they put the pot and plant in a dehydrator, set out in sun to get good and black, and then shipped it after it was little enough to fit in a box. They offered a credit which seems to be pretty worthless at this point.

I recently redecorated my home and…

I recently redecorated my home and wanted to add some greenery to enhance the ambiance. The selection of houseplants here is impressive! The staff helped me choose a variety of plants that would thrive in low-light conditions, and they even provided tips on how to keep them healthy. My favorites include a gorgeous dracaena and some colorful pothos. The atmosphere of the nursery is calming, and it’s a wonderful place to spend time. I’ll definitely be back to explore more!

I ordered what should have been four…

I ordered what should have been four lbs of garlic--discounted to 19 dollars per lb from 32 dollars per lb. Instead I received... 4 bulbs. Looking at my order again, I now see that price--32 dollars, appears to be the price per bulb. This is an outrageous price. I have ordered and grown seed garlic before. Yes, it is quite expensive for organic seed garlic but this is about 3-4X the normal price.

Mixed Up Seeds and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a big order of seeds from Park Seed in January of this year. Fast forward to the summer (July) where I’ve realized through growing plants that some of the seeds were mixed up. When I emailed customer service, they were very unhelpful and disingenuous since the “coverage period” of my order had ended. For one, a seed company should have a longer coverage period than 6 months, in my opinion. Give people a chance to actually grow the plant from seed. I’m understanding that seeds are potentially going to get mixed up. However, I’m not understanding of terrible customer service. I will be supporting other companies with better customer service and recommend that everyone else shop elsewhere, too!
