Bought several packs of Hollyhock seeds. No plants, just couple little "green hairs" popped up? Total scam. Don't waste your time w this company.

My 2024 purchase of Park Whopper tomato seeds has been disappointed. I have planted twice this year -March and February; indoors just as we have in past years. Always have I had huge success with a bountiful harvest. This year not the same result. The seeds germinated but have not grown into plants that can yet be put outside. I have always planted before June 1st. This is very disappointing and is probably the last year I purchase from Paek Seed.

I ordered bare root strawberries from Park Seed on February 7th with the intention of planting them in early April as is advised for my zone (6a). They did not ship my plants until mid-May. I'm now a solid month behind, and unsure if I'll even get fruit this year from the everbearing variety.

I've tried many seed companies over the years, but none compared to Park Seed. I particularly love their selection of rare and hard-to-find varieties. With them, I'm always excited to see what new treasures I can add to my garden each season.

If I could rate with a No Star, I would. Buyer Beware. I purchased a packet of seeds for $8.00 and 2 minutes later, I cancelled the order. I was told 5 hours later that the order had been processed and shipped and that I could send the seeds back with a 20% restocking fee

I search the site to purchase bulk seed. It was unclear when the listed product switched from seed to live plants however, when my order came, it was not bulk seed rather it was plants. Park seed To take responsibility for the unclear descriptions and would not refund my money. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone purchasing seed from Park Seed.

I am an experienced gardener. I have a greenhouse and start almost everything from seed every year. I bought many different vegetable and herbs seeds from Parks this year. The germination was horrible. Some packs did not germinate at all. Seriously 0% germination. Others had a germination rate of 20% - 50%. I planted some year old banana pepper seeds from a different company and had near 100% germination. That same day I planted a pack of new Parks bell pepper seeds and only one seed germinated. There is no date on the seed packets. The horrible germination causes me to suspect that I received old seeds.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. First, I placed an order with a Visa gift card. There were no issues and I received a shipping confirmation. 3 days later I received a call and email saying the order didn't process and that they need a new credit card for payment. I essentially said no, because it seemed very shady and the order was showing as pending on the card. They also over charged me be $1.02. After arguing about this with customer service (Janice) I said cancel the order I don't want it. They told me to write return to sender on the box and ship it back (which I did). I don't know why they didn't send a return address label (very unprofessional). Now today I checked my card and it was fully processed. SO, they took my money, had me ship back their product and essentially stole from me.

Ordered seeds and waited for them to ship. No NOTIFICATION that they were back ordered. Now I find out they will not stock. Be careful when you order from this company.

I was going to order two packs of seeds and the shipping charges were $10.00 for Ground shipping!

La qualité des semences est bonne à très bonne, j'ai acheté de eux à quelques reprises et la germination est entre 85% à 96%. Le problème c'est le service client, la compagnie est grosse et ne semble pas vouloir donner du service au Canadien. Je leur ai demandé d'ajusté le prix du papier des douanes et ils ont refusé alors que les autres le font. Les coûts d'importation sont énormes. Avec le coût d'importation ça ne vaut pas la peine. Aussi les prix du mon panier ont augmenté de 1$ et plus par sachet en 1 jour. Quand tu commande 1 ou 2 c'est pas grave mais moi ma commande était élevé. J'ai communiqué avec eux, sans réponse. C'est vraiment triste parce que leur choix est bon, mais c'est trop dispendieux.

Over priced junk to start with but they had exactly what I wanted. I have since found something elsewhere.
1. The price at checkout and emailed to me after submitting order was changed and increased with no notice or explanation.
2. Customer service doesn’t give a f*** about you. They will just spit out form letters and repeat the same garbage.
3. If you request to cancel your order about 5 mins later you will get a notice that your order shipped and they can’t offer a refund.

I have placed 2 orders and have not received either of them. I will be contacting the better business bureau. This company is nothing but fraud. Read on in other customer reviews.

They changed the amount of my order after the fact. I got an email from Paypal alerting me to the increase. I wasn't aware companies could arbitrarily change the amount after you order. It wasn't very much, less than $1(US) but I think it's a shady business practice.

I wish I had reviewed Park Seeds before placing my order. Their poor rating is well deserved. My order hasn't arrived and emails and phone messages have gone unanswered.
