My entire experience was perfect. From my initial contact with Rowan via telephone, to arranging to view and test drive the car and then handover with Rowan and Ben, it was an exceptional service. Rowan was able to tell me all about the history of the car, and was so flexible on timings given we do not live locally. Ben was very knowledgable too, and took me through all the details of the car upon handover.

Maddy made the ability to look in detail, drive and consider the options, for a Mini Cooper JCW, straight forward and extremely pleasant. She understood my questions and matched me to the model interested in, with offer of a test drive to confirm it met my needs.

She followed up with me afterwards, gave options for when I could expect a new car to be delivered and sent the paperwork to sign, including a loyalty discount for existing Mini owners buying a new car during July.

Partridges have serviced my existing Mini as well as a BMW I owned (next door) and are always going above and beyond to make sure customers get good value and service, with well trained friendly staff.

I had an okay experience with Partridge MINI. The staff were welcoming, and communication was clear, but there were delays with the vehicle delivery. They sorted things out eventually with updates and a hire car for the wait. Overall, an average service—room for improvement in time management, but the team was helpful.

Drove here from Hertfordshire to buy a Mini, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, Partridges of Hampshire has stood out in their approach and customer service from the few other dealerships I have visited to find my perfect approved used Mini. The customer service was excellent; no question was too big or too small. They were very informative and professional. I initially spoke with Rowan over the phone, and then Ben assisted me in-store. Firstly I very rarely write reviews. But I feel that I have to about Partridge. Retail is not easy and people’s expectations and demands can make it a challenge.Especially in these uncertain times and consequently finding fault. So I feel that being said I feel that Partridge need to be commended for their professionalism and commitment to customer care.
We came into the showroom on a wet Saturday morning and it was really busy I was greeted at the door, and was asked if we were needing assistance. We were introduced to Maddy who was extremely helpful and professional and really understood her products. Nothing was too much and when I came to collect my new car she came in on her day off to complete the process. Also when my dash cams were fitted she had arranged a courtesy car, 🚙 proper service. I must also mention Rowan who explained about the dash cams too. So a very pleasurable experience altogether. Thank you.
