The company doing really well
The company doing really well especially when payment instalment are due they remind us which helps a lot as we all know we have busy life sometimes to forget to check there is enough money for bills to go. I have always paid my fee.

It was very easy to apply for the credit and also very quick. Only reason not 5 stars is, I still like hard copies of documents and no option to get them sent out

Amazing service, easy to order and set up direct debit. If there’s any concerns the customer service team sort it out straight away. If your product that you have ordered isn’t going to be prepared in time they will either sort a replacement out for the same price or give you the option to wait. Definitely recommending this to my friends and family. It is so affordable

Unable to Cancel
I was told that they are unable to cancel it as they had sent a counter offer that expires in 24 hours and that I am unable to decline it and must wait for the time to elapse.
They sent the counter offer AFTER i had requested for it to be cancelled which is unacceptable.
Really poor experience with them and the customer service team.
Frozen my shopping cart which I really need to get asap for an event and now I have to wait 24 hours before they are supposedly able to unfreeze my cart.

Hi Zavier. Counter Offers aren't linked to the online shopping cart as that's managed by the retailer directly. So you'll be able to complete your purchase by selecting a different payment method at the checkout stage. Kind regards, Payl8r.
The rates you see will go up before the application is finished
Used them in the past and it was ok. Wanted to buy something using payl8r and I thought I’ll do it over 18 months. The interest was ok. Went through the application only to find out that the new offer has a total repayable nearly double the price of what Imm wanting to buy…no thanks
