The item we bought is fine, but it was delivered in just its original box (no packaging) which was completely beaten up! Thankfully the laminator works - but more care could be taken with proper packaging.

Price was lowest among the other sellers. Postage was fast. I received it within three business days. I was surprised as i ordered from Australia and PB Tech is based on New Zealand so i was prepared for longer delivery time. This waa the second CPU purchase from PB Tech. Communication was good as well. Packaging was secured. I will purchase from PB Tech again without hesitation if I have to. Thanks PB Tech.

I orderd an eReader from PBTech because their price was significantly cheaper and because they seemed to have generally very positive reviews. The order process as simple and the eReader was delivered a few days later with no problems. Tracking took a day ortwo to become active and after that it was perfect. I'd definitely use PBTech again

Very competitive pricing despite needing to ship from NZ. Delivery timeline was entirely in line with expectations and tracking detail was great throughout, handing over to local AusPost tracking once it was in the country.

Refused to honour a warranty for a damaged motherboard by blaming it on being damaged during delivery.

My experience was good. I purchased my Amazon echo show due to the great price. This was delivered on time and the tracking was accurate. Customer service were quick to respond when I emailed.

My experience with PB Tech has been an extremely good one. The stereo arrived in a faster time than some products from Australia. It was packed well, and I was fully informed of its progress. The unit itself has been excellent for my needs, providing great sound, and versitily to play USB and CDs. Having a headphone jack is a blessing, so I can listen to my music without annoying others.

I'd been looking on eBay and JB hi-fi in Oz to purchase my vlogging camera. But it was either out of stock or in the colour I didn't want. My brother has previously purchased from this website and so when it seemed to be the only website to offer exactly what I wanted (colour) as well as at a much cheaper price. Delivery even though from NZ was fairly quick and I live in rural Australia which adds an extra day or 2 to standard Australia based delivery, my camera arrived in fairly quick time considering where it was coming from to get to me. A very smooth transaction and product was as described, arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend anyone to purchase from them!

If you open the package their return policy is void. The return policy is just a marketing trick. Read the fine print.

I wasn't in any major rush for my order, so the NZ-base didn't bother me. I thought it was fairly quick considering it came from NZ! They simply had a bettger price-point, and no fuss order process. Regular updates for the shipment tracking - easy as. Would happily order again.

States Australian website but products ship from NZ. Purchased and waited 5 days before tracking provided stating another 7 days before delivery. Poor form from staff and website misinformation.

I bought a new 64GB desktop RAM from PB Tech. They're labelled Sep 2025 (last month) but it seems used. Not only used, it is damaged, my PC kept crashing as soon as I used it. So they didn't use it for testing. Their customer service wouldn't explain why it's already used/damaged, their replies are very slow and seem to be from a template.
