A great service from Sarah Finnigan at Pearsons who drew up my will and Powers of Attorney. Very helpful and made the process easy.

We had a disappointing slow start as our problem /project was given to a senior member of Pearsons who frankly was always too busy to look into it. When it was eventually handed to Hajia Zia the service level improved out of sight. The brief was complex as it involved researching historical records /old documents concerning the transfers/sale of properties belonging to people long since dead. Hajia tackled this difficult project enthusiastically and positively, working diligently on our behalf and bringing the project to finalisation.

I Went in blind unsure what i could do after an accident 5 years ago before COVID hit. The staff at persons looked at what had happened and guided me through till the end, booking appointment and sending me regularly updates. After 5 years we finally managed to get a settlement sorted. I can't thank them enough. They have done such a good job I will only use them for anything legal from now on and I am.

We have used Sarah Dixon Solicitors for many years so recently, when our father died, as executors, we needed guidance on what was a very complicated will made a long time ago with another solicitor.

Sarah introduced us to David Webb to handle the probate matters associated with this. David was quite new to the Pearsons Group and some of the things involved were complex. David handled things very professionally and where he wasn’t sure of what to do in certain circumstances, he took advice from colleagues and got everything sorted for us. Probate itself was completed quicker than we anticipated and David notified us as soon as he had received the documents.

We approached Pearsons to help us navigate a property sale after the death of a close relative. It's safe to say they exceeded all our expectations, even when circumstances became complicated!

Hajirah was assigned to deal with our sale, and she couldn't have been more courteous, polite, clear and communicative. A delight to deal with and a credit to the company.

Sadly, our initial buyer ended up passing away shortly before the sale went through, despite 99% of the paperwork being done.

Usually, this might cause some issues, but Hajirah and Pearsons handled the situation brilliantly and kept us informed on any changes that would need to be made to complete the sale with a new buyer.

Overall, we can't fault Hajirah or Pearsons - their service was second to none in a very complex situation, and we will be returning to them again in the future.
