Positive will experience
We recently met Sarah Finnigan at Pearson as we realised it was many years since we'd reviewed our wills and our family circumstances had changed over time.
Sarah spent time understanding our situation and came up with some great ideas to protect our family assets when the worst happens. Setting up a trust to protect assets from future partners/our childrens' future partners is something we wouldn't have thought of but makes a lot of sense.
A very positive experience for us, thanks Sarah.

Pearsons kept us bang up to date with our protective award claim. There were many of us in the company that were lost with what to do after the company we worked for let us all go, but Pearsons assured us that we had a good claim. They were on the end of a phone or an email if we needed to ask them any questions, always responding in a timely manner. If you ever find yourselves in a position as we did regarding a protective award you could not go wrong in contacting them. They have a very nice team in that even if you can’t contact your solicitor directly they will make sure they get back to you asap, it feels like they’ve got each others backs.

WOWWWWW I am gobsmacked. I didn't want to write a review until I was 100% that my leg wasn't being pulled but holy shit. When myself and all my colleagues were made redundant out of the blue, it was an extremely scary time. Everyone I was close to was calling citizens advice, their union, anyone they could get hold of for advice. I was told someone was reaching out to Pearsons for a protective award claim. I had no idea what that was, but as they were doing this no win no fee I thought screw it I'll put my name down, I haven't got anything more to lose.
That was the best decision of my LIFE. Pearsons handled everything, I am speechless, there aren't words to convey how much work they put in, kept us all in the loop of obstacles and progress. Their entire team should be so proud of themselves. I am so proud of them. They got us a pay out and I genuinely cannot thank them enough for their help- off the dome Alan Lewis and Amy Ellis-Wood special mention for being genuinely so SO fantastic!!!!!! Incredible people and incredible service. Never in my life thought I would get any money from this. AND they take their percentage off (tiny in comparison) before you recieve the payout, so I didn't have to worry about sending money back! Mwah mwah mwah chefs kiss love you guys for real

Just want to personally thank Emily.
Just want to personally thank Emily garden and lucidna mcwhatt. For there help in getting me 50/50 custody of my kids.
Without these to I wouldn't have my kids back, Emily was always on hand to answer by calls , Emily would update as soon as news came through and was always making the correct plans and chasing courts for updates.
Both Emily and lucidna were so professional I had total confidence in them, lucidna handled my case in court perfect and would always know what the next plan was.
I struggled so much through this but with right plan and action i got 50/50
I'm just a dad who had he's kids taken away by a bitter ex but I can't thank these to enough for there help.

Would highly recommend these solicitors I worked with Nicole brown for almost 2 years, she was very helpful and understanding throughout the proceedings, she helped me with all my assessments I needed to do, during this time I was on a care order but the children remained with me, I had a very successful outcome at the end and the care order was withdrawn
