Alan and Hannah worked tirelessly for us to gain a Protective Award after our employer did not give appropriate notice of redundancy due to complete liquidation and immediate termination June 2024. Once they had confirmation of the award and the necessary banking information from us payment was efficient and prompt. You do have to be patient during the early stages. I would recommend getting all ex colleagues together for a collective claim as this enables you to negotiate an improved fee/commission level.
