I approached these solicitors after fleeing domestic abuse, they are very professional and understanding, extremely thoughough and everytime we went to court i felt listened and looked after! They advocated me for 3 years of family court hearings and we won!

I have been using the services of Pearson's now for over 10 years. We recently have been using Carley Dhand as our Employment Law solicitor as we have had some complex queries within our business. Carley has given us fantastic advice which has been delivered in a way which is easy to understand. She is very quick to respond and I have very quickly built up an excellent relationship with her. Would not recommend.
I do not know how all these people have managed to get 5 star service from this company. I have made two enquiries to them and they have totally ignored both. I find them highly unprofessional and ignorant. If they do not want business then they should just say rather than ignore people's request for help. This speaks volumes about what type of people they are so I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere.
UPDATE
I agree they did say they did say there would be a delay in them responding when I first contacted them. They said this delay would be one week and if this was acceptable then I should let them know by email, which I did. After not hearing anything for three weeks I took my business to another firm of solicitors because this firm could not be bothered keeping me updated. All it needed was an email to say the delay would be another two weeks but no communication is poor customer service which is unacceptable to me. Once I gave the poor review you then contacted me to offer assistance but by then over three weeks had passed and I had not had any communication from you so had taken my business elsewhere.

Pearsons' excellent, value for money conveyancing
We appointed Michelle Ong of Pearsons to deal with the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. We did this because we had used the firm previously for other matters. Michelle, Gillian and all the team worked very efficiently and carefully to bring our transactions to completion on time. They dealt with all the issues arising very competently and were always very friendly and approachable, easily available to answer our questions. I would use the team again without hesitation.
