I've gone thru EVERY name brand batteries and none compare to pecron, the price is perfect, the options are amazing and the customer service is unlike any other. If your in search for a back up battery look no further than pecron. I own 3 of various sizes and thats just my starting point!.

I ordered an F3000LFP to use in my camper trailer as my main power source with solar charging. When it arrived the first thing l did was to charge it with AC. From 60% to 100% in :15. I had a little trouble getting the app to work properly, but Lily at customer service helped me out with that and now it is functioning fine. The next day I hooked it up to my trailer on a temporary basis and it performed very well for what I used it for. I plan on working towards a more permanent installation in the days ahead. Overall, I am very pleased, both with the unit and with the customer service.

Update 20.03: After this review, the seller contacted me and I received the product two weeks later. However, the item arrived without warranty documentation.

I ordered an E1500LFP on January 21, and from the very beginning I did not receive any order confirmation or order number to my email (including spam).

After 15 days, I contacted the seller to request my tracking number, as due to blackouts in Ukraine I urgently needed the station for basic survival needs. Instead of providing clear information, they responded with generic, scripted messages saying that my model was out of stock and, as an apology, they could upgrade me to a more powerful model at no additional cost, with expected shipping at the end of February or beginning of March.

I asked again for my original order number, but they replied that they had already updated my model and would send a new order number later. I clearly stated that I did not agree to any change and asked for my order number again — for the fifth time — otherwise I would contact my bank to request a refund.

After that, the communication stopped.

At this point, the bank has not yet refunded the money due to some document-related difficulties. I am left without the product, without my money, and without electricity.

Pecron took my money, but can't deliver the E3600LFP I ordered, even after almost a month for a product that's listed in stock.

On top of that, Pecron either didn't inform me or promised to ship my E3600LFP within days, and then didn't. Multiple times. All communication had to be initiated by me, never once was I informed proactively about issues with their order fulfillment.

Then, when I had enough and gave them a deadline, Pecron again promised to send the unit, but didn't. The consequence of not meeting the deadline was a request for cancelation of my order, including a refund. Total silence since.

So, nothing left but initiating the dispute process with my payment provider.

The Pecron E1000LFP has been a great choice - the 20A DC output easily powers my fridge, lights, and diesel heater through a fused hub. It's a reliable DC source and solid off-grid solar generator.

I'm just starting to learn about solar power. I bought the F3000LFP with 2 solar panels and the cart. This unit does not have as many features as some of it's competitors but the build quality seems solid and it costs a lot less. I had issues with the solar panels and I'm happy to say that their email support (Kein) solved the problems. I would buy from Pecron again.

I have ordered an expandable portable power station in December. I never received an email confirmation regarding my PO. I have contacted them and they said that my order will be shipped a month later and that they will inform me after the shipping. Now 45 days have passed and no information at all. Don't trust this seller, I lost my money for nothing!!!!!!

Kein, the support rep who stayed with me entirely of my issue, was not only very knowledgeable, his demeanor was very gracious. He understood the issue, and he was able to work with the engineers very effectively. Explanations and reason were key in resolving my issue. Pecron has a superb technician in Kein.

I'm really happy with the Pecron E1000LFP portable power station. The 20A DC output suits my setup perfectly, powering a fused DC hub for my fridge, lighting, and diesel heater with no issues. It's a dependable DC power solution and works brilliantly as an off-grid solar generator for everyday use.

The only thing that made my experience great was the tech support provided by "Kein" He was quick to respond to my questions and concerns and bent over backwards to keep me happy. What I didn't like was the extremely long shipping time AND the fact they use "FedEx" which in my personal opinion should not be in the shipping business at all due to their inept delivery practices. In the future I would like to see Pecron offer other delivery carrier options, let your customers choose who delivers their purchases.

I purchased two E3600LFP units with a hub and a 30A charging cable; the power they offer is incredibly affordable. The main drawback of these portable power stations as a dependable solar generator system is that occasionally the Bluetooth and WiFi connections can be challenging.

I love my Pecron E1000LFP portable power station — it works perfectly even in temperatures as low as -20°C. This makes it a reliable solar generator and off-grid power solution for winter camping or cold-weather adventures.

I ordered my F3000LFP back in mid-May when the expansion battery was out of stock. Now that it's here, I'm planning to use this portable power station to run my 12V fridge and keep it charged with solar panels. It's a solid solar generation setup for off-grid trips.

Pecron customer service is terrific. Quick response to inquiries. Recently, I ordered an expansion battery for my main unit. When it arrived, I couldn't connect it to the main unit because the it did not come with a cable to connect to the specific type connector. I contacted customer support and they immediately reponded and sent me the connecting cable without charge. i highly recommend buying from Pecron.com.

I ordered two e3600flp for use on 220v circuit as advertised. Unit communication failed and both require repairs under warranty. One unit while being repaired was diagnosed with an unbalanced cell which could not be repaired. Pecron offered to send a working unit that someone else returned under the 30 mbg.
Update: The replacement unit was also a failure and has been returned. Pecron has promised a NEW unit. All I can do is wait and hope!
UPDATE: Pecron shipped me two new, fully functioning E3600 units in mid-December 2025. Everything is working and I am satisfied with the units!

The true capacity of the battery was about 30% lower than marketed. When I contacted the support they said that this is "normal" and won't let me use the warranty. When I asked where they stated that actual capacity may differ then what's advertised they stopped answering me. Don't buy from them

Very disappointed with the E1500LFP which I just received. It'll charge to a full 100% but none of the outlets works. I've repeatedly contacted their Pecron's technical assistance but alas, to no avail. Ergo no stars from here.

24 days later and I have still not received the 2400LFP unit ordered. The response I get from support when asking for details is ,'sorry, please wait'. I have since received orders from Bluetti, Anker and Allpowers without hassle!
I have asked for a refund and they continue to blame DHL without having any other solution. They refuse the refund. AVOID this china company they will take your money and run

I purchased the E3600lfp and 2 EP3000s a few months ago and they helped me out during the hurricane! They got us through the bad hurricane safely, the 5 AC outlets are great and allow me to use more devices, the e3600lfp is really powerful, I have used them every day for several months and have never had any problems, plus it is a great price, I would highly recommend it in this class! In addition, the customer service I encountered was good, basically I started to receive replies in the afternoon, I asked a few technical questions and they were answered and handled for me, and I received the solution within a few hours.
