I have order 2 different units a lfp2000 and e3600 from pecron. The 2000 was fine and still working fine to this day. The 3600 a different story, I had fan problems and they agreed to send me a new replacement which took a month of back and forth emails. Then when they finally sent replacement it went to wrong address now I am still waiting to receive an another replacement which has been over 2 weeks now.
Update…Pecron has finally sent my replacement unit. It’s working just fine so far. I figure all the black Friday rush must have slowed transportation down. It took awhile but I am happy now.

There was a shipping problem, and I never received the battery. The shipper deserves more blame than the company. Nonetheless, Pecron’s Online customer service was not helpful in resolving the problem. They did not come up with alternatives and were slow in responding to their website chat. As a result, the battery was returned to the warehouse before the problem could be solved.

Pecron went above and beyond my expectations. Their customer service was excellent even though it was through email because of the time difference. I will be doing more business with them in the future

I started my life on the road last June, "wandering" in my van from California, and to solve some of my power needs, I purchased Pecron's E600LFP, which perfectly supports my power needs on the road, and I've found that it can even reach up to 1,400 watts of output! Running a coffee maker is no problem at all, and for a portable power station in the $300 class, it's the king, and its quality is even more reliable than my bluetti!

A year ago I purchased two Pecron e1500Pro units with two folding solar panels each. The specs were impressive on paper and certain features I was looking for were unavailable through other manufacturers. Unfortunately one machine stopped working. It would not power up or provide any output AC or DC. However fans could be heard when plugged into an AC outlet to charge.

I’m three months in to dealing with Pecron customer service on my warranty claim. They wanted me to ship the device back to them at my expense. I discovered that a consumer cannot ship a lithium battery (FedEx told me this). Only a HAZMAT certified shipper can generate the shipping label and declaration documents required. Spent weeks communicating with Pecron (no viable phone number) to get them to send me a label and required docs. They only sent a label, and the shipper still was uncertain if they could accept it. Eventually they did and tracking reported it received at Pecrons warehouse. That was over two weeks ago. Supposedly “a technician is repairing it” but the only communication I receive from them is after another inquiry. Several other competitors have detailed their warranty process to me which is simply to send a new unit after receiving the defective one. This has not happened at Pecron. They are stalling, misleading, misrepresenting. Essentially at this point they have stolen my machine from me at my expense. Do not trust this disreputable company. Warranty fraud, Misrepresentations, Theft. Avoid Pecron. Choose a manufacturer that at least has US based customer service representatives available by phone.
