Allow people to get gazumped, would never ever buy or sell a house with them again.
We had our offer accepted on a house, they allowed us to be gazumped, and even opened a SECOND round of best bids!! Totally disgusting conduct.
Have reviewed previously, someone left a message saying to contact them, which I did and they never got back to me. Classic Pedder behaviour,
Renewing my review because they’ve put 5 flyers through my door in the last 2 weeks, so they also have no qualms trashing the environment and being a nuisance.
Don’t trust them, you’ll regret it.

I had Callum as my estate agent for my sale and he was great throughout the whole process. He clearly knew the local area really well and came with a really logically plan and evaluation for the sale. He kept a constant stream of viewings and even after someone pulled out quickly pivoted and got another offer.

He was very flexible and helpful through the process answering any questions I had as a first time seller, chasing solicitors when needed and getting everything over the line for exchanging.
