We recently sold our 2 bedroom flat in Forest Hill with Pedder, We couldn’t have asked for more from the team at this office. They understand the local market and their pricing and marketing were accurate and secured us a buyer very quickly. Unfortunately this sale was unsuccessful, however they remarketed for us swiftly and within days we had an offer which has now successfully exchanged. The whole team at Forest Hill have been professional throughout and we have mostly worked with Ben & Dan. The flat was previously rented and the team went the extra mile for us - keeping an eye on it while it has been empty. They stepped in when necessary to help keep all sides updated and the process moving. I agree with other reviewers that we appreciate your efficiently and friendly matter throughout. We had a great experience selling with Pedder. The team were friendly and good at communicating with us. They worked quickly and made finding a buyer a breeze. We had some issues with solicitors and Shannon was amazing at keeping things moving and ensuring the sale went ahead.

The entire house moving process with Pedder and specifically Mollie was so much better than any other lettings or sales company we’ve ever used.

Before we found our now home with Pedder, we had actually already offered on and planned to buy a previous flat with KFH Peckham which was in turn one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an agent/agency. Terrible, unhelpful, lazy and all around useless service from agency side with our main contact and selling agent not even knowing the most basic questions about the property.

Luckily for Pedder and Mollie this was the polar opposite. From our first initial meeting we saw the property within the first 2 weeks it had been on the market. We fell in love with it straight away but there were talks of other offers. Mollie really helped us secure an offer we were happy with but would also get us over the line.

At the stages then following this during the full process, Mollie was incredibly helpful in always being contactable, easy to reach via phone or email for any queries and also pushing hard as she could for us to get the sale underway completed as quickly and smoothly as possible for us. This as all properties do came with some unavoidable snags but Mollie was responsive and professional in managing expectation and timescale so we could plan accordingly.

Overall we had such a positive experience with Pedder and Mollie so I would recommend them for anyone looking to sell or buy.

Pedder have been great to work with in selling our house. They really know the local area which enables them to give great advice about valuation and are brilliant at selling the area. They are all super professional, and a pleasure to communicate with.

I would thoroughly recommend Pedder East Dulwich, all of the agents are helpful and friendly, but especially Callum Melrose, Phillipa Waller and the branch manager David Yuill were tireless in their approach and showed immense patience during a very stressful time. Once we had a buyer,David and Callum made sure that everything ran smoothly to complete the deal.
