Pegasus is a company I would recommend with all of my heart. Mr Janusz Budnik who just drove me is a true gentleman, an excellent driver and a superb professional who works with great care. His attentiveness to customer needs is unparalleled. I had major lifesaving surgery abroad. This means that I cannot lift anything heavier than a kilo or two while in recovery. It also means that for the next two months I cannot even dream of doing the usual airport stuff we take for granted when in good health and shape. It meant that without such incredibly reliable service I would be stranded and at risk of being very unwell, agitating my post-operation wound, or worse. Janusz not only drove me home after picking me up at the assisted travel area at Luton, he took all my luggage every step of the way, and when we got to my place, he most kindly even placed it in my living room in the most accessible of ways. This included putting my heavy laptop bag next to my desk so I can get to work without straining myself at all. On top of that, this gentleman is polite, sociable and positive, so the 37 minutes of my ride home which he accurately estimated, had passed in good humour and in the most pleasant of conversations. Should I say more? Yes, actually. The vehicle was spacious, comfortable, pleasant in every way, with bottles of water, chewing gum and pocked tissues to hand, should one need them. Superb. Most warmly recommended. Thank you, Mr Janusz Budnik. You made my return home the most safe and seamless of experiences and pleasant on top!

We've just had an amazing experience with our Pegasus Chauffeur, after returning from Ibiza with a very painful fractured foot. Our driver was more than helpful and I would highly recommend them for any occasion.

Abysmal dreadful transfer experience from Gatwick Airport. We thought we were booking a luxury Executive transfer in a Mercedes E-class. However, the experience did not start well as the driver was late despite having all our flight details when we booked. We had to wait for him to arrive in the Arrivals Hall rather than than him being there to greet us.

At 2.55pm, less than half-hour into the journey, the driver pulled up on the hard shoulder due to a tyre problem. He then spent the next half hour trying to repair it, all on the hard shoulder of the M25. After which he drove into the nearest Services at 3.30pm.

We then waited another one hour here while he tried to continue repairing the tyre. The office couldn't supply another car or driver so we were informed at 4.05pm, they had booked an Uber VW Sharan Minivan for us to get home - a very different car from the one we had originally thought we would be travelling home in with am ETA of 23 minutes. We finally left Clackett Lane Services at 4.28pm and arrived home at 5.55pm.

We landed at the airport at 1.40pm but did not arrive home until 5.55pm - more than four hours after landing - despite the normal expected journey time of 1.5 hours maximum.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had using a car transfer service and the cost was a lot higher than a standard car service or Uber. Their Customer Service seems non-existent and does not seem to take any responsibility. They have a very glossy website and in my opinion, I think where they have invested heavily at the expense of proving any kind of Customer Service or support for their paying clients.

Customer Services have been completely silent and have not even contacted us to offer at an apology at the very least.
I contacted the company the same day to ask for a refund as we did not receive the service we booked for and have had no response from them.

Update three days later. The only contact from the company has been their reply to my review. They have still not responded to my email, apologised directly to me or offered a refund or any other goodwill gesture as they were not able to fulfil their contract.

AMAZING COMPANY. This was the first time I had used Pegasus and I could not have been more delighted.

It was for my brothers 60th birthday surprise - the Bentley Flying Spur I ordered was 'out of this world' - with the driver being very professional and yet friendly during the whole experience.

From start to finish Pegasus was incredible answering all my questions (and yes, there were a lot) to keeping me in the picture all the way along.

This company charge a lot of money customers, but pays chauffeurs really low! It is just disgusting!
