There was an issue with my Peoplesafe device, which I initially reported. I was then advised to contact Peoplesafe directly, which I did. The experience was excellent; their team was very helpful and confirmed that a replacement device was required and would be provided.

Overall good experience with the exception of initial setup
Overall, I had a positive experience, with the only drawback being the initial setup process. While the issue was eventually resolved after I was able to speak with someone directly, finding the right information at the outset was challenging. I found myself repeatedly going back and forth through messages, as there was no dedicated support line for setup-related issues. Instead, I was continually directed to videos and tutorials, which did not fully address the problem I was experiencing.
