Fast feedback on address confirmation and proactively contacted me to ask for deadline.
Gift beautifully made and well presented.

Lovely product and even though I only made a small order they even took the time to write a personalised hand written note. Lovely touch!

Exactly what I expected.
Nice!

I received the charms today which I ordered for my wife’s Christmas present. The whole process from the fingerprint kits and then onto delivery was very straight forward. The charms are really well made and look just like on the website images - absolutely great product and service.

Charm was perfect and service excellent no stress only down side the price of gold and you were local thank you

Just brilliant

Excellent service and lovely charms thank you

All done on the phone , Georgina explained how long I had to wait for the pendent, Beautiful piece, perfect, exactly what I ordered, very happy, arrived in the post in perfect condition . Thank you

Thank you so much for my second fingerprint disc in gold. I have always been so impressed with your customer service and your attention to detail, I just love both of them and get lots of people admire them. I can't believe that the first was when Tom was so little and the last, his thumb print, celebrates him turning 18! When I wear it my thumb fits into his impression, just sooo lovely.
Have told lots of people about you too!
Thank you once again for making me wonderful keepsakes that I will wear forever.

Beautiful spinning ‘I love you’ gold charm. Just the right size for me. Would definitely buy from perfect charm again

Really fast delivery and I found it to be a great product, great gift for people and I found the hand written note really nice to come with the charm. Would definitely buy from again.

The charm was adorable - even better in real life than the photo - and was sent incredibly quickly. A great service at a good price.
