A good quality charm arrived in time for the wife's birthday as promised. Would definitely buy from Perfect Charm again. 😊

Charm arrived perfectly and she even sent it to Canada for me at no extra cost!! Thank you xx

Fantastic customer service. As explained on the website, before ordering the (made-to-order) gold charm it’s advised to buy the silver version first to ensure you are happy with the size etc. Then if happy, return the silver one for a refund and place an order for the gold one. Having exchanged emails with Georgina she knew of my intention to follow the advice and enclosed a stamp and address label to facilitate this.
As for the charm it was just what I wanted and I will be ordering in gold

Great service.

Lovely charm and exactly as described. Also very unusual.

Brilliant service thank you very much once again

I ordered a large tudor rose. It was absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced. So I ordered 3 small charms in memory of my best friend of 50 years. I messaged Georgina and asked if she could put the 3 on a jump ring to make a single pendant. She replied straight away and did so for no extra charge. Very happy.

Great service and lovely charm bracelet.

Beautiful charm. Excellent delivery , came within one week. This is the second charm I have bought from here and both are top quality. Will definitely buy more. Highly recommend.

This was indeed the perfect charm! I bought it as a present for my niece and it really is beautiful.

Lovely little company selling a gorgeous collection of quality charms.
I bought an opening heart charm which revealed a couple embracing, it's great quality and looks so pretty on our daughter's charm bracelet.
