Ordered £150 trainers that took 3 weeks to arrive, only for after two weeks the sole is coming away and the tongue on them has split. Emailed them and been told it’s my fault and management will not be replacing or refunding them 😡 I believe they could be fakes!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
And this is how they deal with their customers 🤣 wow, shoes do not fall apart after two weeks and will be taking this higher up due to the bad customer service and attitude from your emails 👍

Seeing all the negative reviews here genuinely has me confused. I got my shoes in under maybe like 5 days completely authentic in great condition this is a great website for reasonably priced shoes. I hope it continues to improve and succeed. ZERO complaints.

Perfect Feets are a company in my personal experience who sell fake products.
I have referred them to the fraud department of my bank and Nike.
There practice includes trying to bribe me to remove my review on Trust Pilot.
I’m still waiting for a promised refund.

Bought shoes, wrong size sent, then new set sent, but they refused to give an address to return the other pair, stating that they did not have an address. they then threatened my daughter with court action for them not being able to send out their address or phone number (daughter under the age of 18yrs.)
second pair paid for, as our other daughter has had them. however recieved another email saying shoes are on the way?
I just spoke with a gentleman who reckons he is a client but his name and address is on the email responces sent to my daughter from sales email address.
i have reported this to trading standards and also taking it the ombudsman.
Considering he was a client himself he knew the sizes colour and exact shoes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Authenticated and they didn’t come back as I expected, been emailing back and forth for a week about a refund, response time is very long, and haven’t came to a conclusion as of yet 😴 this refund process is just to lng

10 days since I ordered and no indication that I will ever receive the trainers, tracking number was supplied but Yodel have not received them yet. Are Perfect Feets a big con. I have contacted them by email and on via their chat box but all they tell me is "order fulfilled" and supply the tracking number that leads to Yodel website, which just states left sender, but not arrived at Yodel depot. Telephone number on website does not work!!!!!!

Trainers came in time and are 100% authentic with tags to prove. Overall good experience

Do not order from this site. Waited 4 weeks shoes came fake. really bad replicas. Bank opened investigation and j received my money back.

Takes a long time to arrive but service good and no complaints

Do not purchase from this site. My Nike trainers are not genuine and I have not received a refund after raising this issue.
