This is a totally DISHONEST company. They took my money, which on my statement showed as having been cashed at T4 Heathrow. The goods showed as being despatched but failed to arrive. Then when I chased again they said the goods were on their way. Then they sent an email saying they had no record of my order. I sent copies of all the emails and proof of purchase. Then I received an email in very broken English saying there was a customs issue but they were getting the matter sorted. That was three weeks ago and still no delivery. Avoid at al costs.

I ordered some air max 95,s on the 8th June and received these today, price is very good as the old school 95,s are hard to get hold of, I’m really happy with the trainers, I saw the reviews and was panicking but they are here now, delivery could be smoother and quicker tho

Waited a week then got an email they were stuck in customs?Email written in broken english so looked suspicious.Shoes came in the end.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, TRACKING NUMBERS ARE FAKE, PHONE NUMBERS ARE FAKE, ORDERED TRAINERS AND CONTACTED THEM 2 WEEKS LATER ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK, 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND DAY 3 TODAY AND SHOCK NO REPLY, REPORTED ON THE GOV WEBSITE AND KLARNA AND FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN IFORMED

I ordered a pair of shoes about 2 weeks ago and they have arrived. However, I believe the 5 star reviews are fake as the majority have similar titles and similar grammar. The time for delivery is not great and some review and there is no way to completely guarentee these are authentic shoes. There is also virtually no way to actually contact customer support so don't bother trying. Overall, if you want to take a risk, use this website otherwise, stick to websites that can actually deliver to their promises and are trusted in selling authentic shoes.

TL;DR good reviews might be fake, shoes are fake and delivery is not great.

Ordered 26th May, Arrived 14th June, Was getting suspicious reading all the reviews with the price of the shoes but their 100% genuine will defiantly order again in the future.

The order did not appear in the post. then received an email promising me an additional second pair of shoes or a refund. This email was filled with spelling and grammatical errors. They promised me a refund, but have not paid it or given me transaction details on their refund.

This is clearly a scam, the numbers on the website also do not work. I have started an anti-fraud case and informed them. After which they sent me a threatening email. In which they have stated I should be careful about your doubtfulness"

I ordered a j4oreo shoes from the company a month ago, they told me that they delievred the shoes in 10 to 12 days but that delievery was not done in 15 days while I was in the contact with them between these days, Atfirst I thought that the company is fake but after 20 days I received the parcel and I am happy with the shoes as well as the service they also refunded the money and give me the special discount.Well done and looking forward to work with you guys..

Do not buy from this company as you will not receive any goods. I ordered some trainers and then had to cancel a few hours later and they refused to cancel my order. Stated that the item had been sent but this was a lie. Its been nearly 3 weeks and they were refusing to give me a refund

No telephone number so you can only talk through their chat service. Also the office address that they have on their website is showing up as a Lidl supermarket. Super dodgy.

Their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced.

Please do not waste your time or money with this company. Complete scam. In the process of trying to get my money back via a Klarna investigation.

Biggest Scam. First they send you a tracking number which does not even exist and then they emailed me saying their goods have been seized by custom officials . Now I’m requesting for a refund and no one is responding honestly they need to be investigated after all these numerous campaigns. Just give me my money back !

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, THEY TOLD ME AT THE START WOULD ONLY TAKE A FEW DAYS THEY GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER FOR ROYAL MAIL THAT CANT EVEN FIND JUST SAYS ITS WITH SENDER STILL. THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND YOU COMPLIMENTARY TRAINERS TO GET YOU ON SIDE WHICH THEY DONT SEND AT ALL. THEY COMPLETLY RUINED MY DAUGHTERS 18TH BIRTHDAY AS THEY SAID FROM THE START THEY WOULD BE HERE BEFORE THE 10TH OF JUNE THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY SAY STILL STUCK IN CUSTOMS.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED FROM THE START AND WAIT AROUND FOR NOTHING TO BE DELIVERED. YOU CANT EVEN SPEAK TO THEM ITS ALL BY CHAT SO YOU DONT KNOW WHO THEY ARE AT ALL.
JUST REQUEST A REFUND IF YOU EVER GET ONE
