Didn't do any thing for me

Was marked as “undeliverable” after it already took 4 months to ship, then it got sent back to the company. 2 months later and I still have no refund.

To say that their customer service is abysmal would be kind. I placed a “pre-order” on the 10/7 and made payment for the product the same day. It took 5 emails, 2 instagram comments (1 that was deleted because they didn’t want potential new customers to see how bad they are) and multiple instagram messages over a 7 day period to finally get an ORDER NUMBER and confirming of tracking. I emailed Australia post yesterday to follow up on the process of the order as there has been no update since the 29/9!!! Australia post informed me the product is coming from outside of Australia, from my understanding this is an Australian business so why am I expecting something from overseas?

Don’t waste your time or money on a product that by the seems of it may not ever show or you have to wait over 3 months for. As a first time customer, I will not be returning to the business and I encourage anyone else to not buy from here

So far the ordering experience has been terrible. I ordered Triple Strength Tanning Nasal Spray on Monday 18/9. (Melbourne Aust)

Website says “If your order was not a pre-order then it will be dispatched within 1-2 days of your order time”

I had to chase them up as no notification received for dispatch.
This is the response….
“Unfortunately, there have been some delays in stock arrival, and as a result, your order will be dispatched in about 1-2 weeks”
Website has no mention of delay, they were happy to take my money and not bother to let me know of the delay until I emailed them. Poor customer service!

I spent more than $100 on quadruple drops in July and I am yet to receive the product. This situation is incredibly disheartening and exasperating. I requested a refund, but unsurprisingly they provided an excuse. It would be wise not to waste your money on this company.

Look. We've all been there, we've seen the great reviews. The before and afters. We all want a nice glowing tan so we take a punt.

Lo and behold, it doesn't work.

Just another SCAM company, getting away with daylight robbery. But, what can we do about it?

First, I will be forcing a chargeback with my credit card company and explaining to them the claims that were made which were clearly false.

Second, I will be filing a report with UK business trading standards which is really easy to do and if enough people do the same, they will ban the directors from trading in the UK.

They might have got us, but let's not allow them to get the next person.

Horrible experience. First off the product doesn’t seem to work well at all, overpriced for the results. My first shipment took around 3-4 weeks, my 2nd one I don’t think ever even shipped so they did send me a jumbo size instead to make up for it, so perks there. Then when I tried to make another purchase it keeps saying payment fail, which both my forms of payment were up to date and current so I was confused. It would say that I would send me a link to fix it but it never did. I’m not sure why I had to send me a link I also I’m confused why every time you need to login I need to send you a link. The website is really poorly set up and needs to be more simple for customers needs and navigation. Every time I reached out to customer service they would actually never resolve the issue and just say that they would get back to me finally I was able to get ahold of someone so that my subscription could be canceled and they did it immediately.

On this site all products are amazing and quality is also top-notch...😀

Good experience all round. Best tan I have ever had. Have skin that freckles & doesn’t normally tan but with Permatan it did.
Wish there was more scientific data on how safe these products are for use.

OMG! This is amazing! First time I’ve had a tan in years. I’m not great at taking it three times a day but still have a fab tan. Normally my easily tanning husband is like “you can’t wear that you’re too white” now he’s like “where did this tanned babe come from!” Highly recommend it! Will be a lifetime subscriber now! Goodbye the stress of fake tan. Thank you.

When items are in stock they come in a timely manner. The nasal spray works.

Delivery is dreadful.I have earned stacks of points but find it impossible to redeem them and when I contact the company to ask how to redeem them they never reply.Product however is excellent

First shipment arrived quick no resultsso ordered more, second two are still in transit over 4 weeks and the product will be expired by the time it gets here and customer service are not understanding. Keep sending me other people’s tracking details.

Living in southern parts of Australia, our weather is up and down. I'm still getting tanned on my skin even in winter.
It does enchance freckles on the face or body, that doesn't bother me.

The only issue I have is the subscription. It says every 4 weeks but I never received any other bottle besides the first one I bought. Then when I log in it said payment failed when I know it never failed!! Other than that the product itself is amazing! I can’t tell you how many times people have commented on my tan!!!
