This company is a total scam. I purchased a bottle and when it arrived I contacted them immediately to return because I heard about scary side effects. They initially responded and then stopped responding and charged me and sent me two more bottles. It took five months of fighting with my bank to get my money back but I finally did. They also do not have the "unsubscribe" button in their email marketing which is required by law.

I feel such an idiot. I really believed the reviews on their website and have been taking the sublingular drops for a few weeks now. Nothing has happened at all. So expensive and now I realise I have clearly been scammed like so many others. I didn’t want dramatic results, just a boost - I’ve followed the instructions to the letter and nothing. What a waste of money, which I really couldn’t afford to chuck away. Gutted. Save your money ladies x

Never received my order, they told me they issued a refund, 1 month later I never received a refund and they blamed it on my bank! My order cost over $100. This company is a complete SCAM!

Never got my $100 tanning nasal spray! I’ve emailed many times with no success, and there’s no phone number for me to try and call them on. Since the only reviews on their website ALL claim that they never received their order, I now an almost positive this is a scam company.

Totally fake and yes they use bots to run those ads!

First bottle I ordered worked as stated. When I ordered the second bottle something was wrong because I got terrible congestion and sneezing. Unable to use it. I contacted them and never heard back. I wrote a negative review but don’t see it anywhere, they probably deleted it. Disappointed as the first bottle was great. Too bad they lost a customer!

This company fails to disclose clear information about bottle sizes in product descriptions and when asked for that information on social media, keeps on deleting comments.

If they cannot handle that, how they can handle issues like missing deliveries? Which can happen to any business, but how a business deals with problems says it all.;)

It is your basic consumer right to know which size of the product you're getting.

Text product descriptions are important for clarity, but also huuugely for consumers with visual impairments who rely on the support of browsers reading out loud website content to them.

Only if you zoom in further images on SOME products, you see capacities. Apparently 20ml is what they call Jumbo.

Complete scam. Ordered three weeks ago and never got my order. Reached out and was told it would be another 1-2 weeks. They clearly are selling a non existent product. They are hiding their location. They never told customers of a delay in shipping which is pretty standard for BO items. Just nothing but lies and theft from this company.

Reporting them to my bank as fraudulent.

Love this product. Results for me have been dramatic - even using it just once or twice a week. I’m pretty pale naturally so was honestly surprised that this made such a huge difference.

I’ve been using this for weeks and have seen a MASSIVE change in skin tone. Legit the most tanned I’ve ever been and without any effort. Shipping was quick, no complaints.

Ordered from this camp at a couple weeks ago they said order will be on its way and that they have received it. They have charged me twice and still haven’t received anything. I have contacted my bank and cancelled my card.

Made an order and signed up for the subscription on March 27. Still have not received the product and they have now billed me for two bottles. I’ve sent multiple emails and they always send me the same email back saying 1-2 weeks. This is either a scam or a really terrible business.

I ordered my product during a sale, received it within 3 weeks. One was broken and damaged and they sent a new one out immediately that took about 4 weeks to receive, but I did get it ! Just be patient.

Product has been fine, no issues, definitely not water. Just wanted to share my experience against the others.

As with everyone else commenting, I never received the product. Their tracking did not work. I complained and was told I would get a refund. I'll update if I do but haven't yet. If I do not I will do a charge back on my credit card.
