Paid £10 for my last cooling mat from anuther shop so when i ordered from here for £9.99 i expected it to be near enough same size but my own fault i never read sizes and this was the smallest cooling mat ive ever seen it would be ok for a rabbit maybe

Amazing company, very attentive, very thoughtful and very professional. I ordered a couple of personalised bowls and a treat jar and they put in some packets of treats as a lovely gesture.
