Top notch customer service
Top notch customer service, which seems to be hard to find these days. This litter box has been a game changer in our house. It’s quiet, runs smoothly and keeps the smell to a minimum if anything. I’ve never used an electric cat box, and looked around for awhile for new kittens. It was easy to set up and the app is user friendly.
After purchasing, I received a pamphlet about getting additional litter bags, I had some difficulty with the third parties request for the free items. I reached out to customer service at Petcove shop and explained the issue, they resolved the matter instantly and are sending the bags.

Best investment for cat owners - Outstanding customer service and an excellent product.
I purchased the Petcove Robot Litter Box a few months ago, and when I experienced an issue with my original unit, Petcove’s customer support exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly, honored the warranty without any hassle, and shipped a replacement promptly. They even allowed me to recycle the defective unit instead of requiring me to send it back, which made the entire process incredibly easy.
A special thank you to Alondra for the exceptional customer service. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire warranty process stress-free.
As for the litter box itself, it has been a huge time saver. With multiple cats, scooping every day used to be one of my least favorite chores. The Petcove Robot Litter Box keeps the litter much cleaner, helps control odors, and makes daily maintenance almost effortless. It has genuinely made caring for my cats much easier.

Great customer service
I called the Petcove customer service regarding my automatic litter box not functioning properly. I spoke to Alondra and she was wonderful in assisting me with the issue. I had replaced the litter bag and made sure the litter box was not overfilled, but yet, it would not fully complete the cycle after cleaning. It would stop and would lean on one side every time. As I was talking to Alondra for like 10 min, it then leveled up. I told her that this shouldn't happen as I have 3 cats and 1 one them couldn't wait for the box to level up and did it's business right outside the litter box. Alondra promptly told me she would send a replacement litter box and to expect a tracking number through text in my phone. Sure enough, the next day I received a text with the tracking number. That is the main reason I bought this automatic litter box, because of its lifetime warranty compare to the more expensive Whisker at cost over $800 and only has a 1 year warranty unless you purchase an extended warranty that extends to 3 years. Petcove has a lifetime warranty with no extra purchases and stand by their products. I really love the customer service and the extra attention that they give you. I will recommend this product any day over the others.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to PetCove, and especially to Alondra in Customer Service, for an exceptional experience during a very difficult time.
My son and his late girlfriend had originally purchased a PetCove automatic cat litter unit when they were traveling frequently. As young adults on a budget, it was a significant investment for them, but they quickly realized it was one of the best decisions they had ever made.
After we lost his girlfriend in a tragic accident, my son moved in with me, bringing the unit along. Recently, when we ran into trouble with it, I reached out to customer support. Alondra was wonderful—patient, compassionate, and thorough as we walked through every potential fix together. When it became clear the unit needed to be replaced, she arranged for a new one without hassle.
In all my years, I have dealt with countless customer service departments, but this was easily one of the most remarkable and pleasant experiences I have ever had. Knowing a replacement is already on its way brings such peace of mind.

Customer service experience
I have had my self cleaning litter box for almost 2 years now. I love it so much that I have purchased two more as gifts for other people! Recently my litter mat has been having issues staying in place and litter is getting trapped underneath the mat. Their customer service is very prompt when getting back to you. This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made for my cat. The time it saves, no odor, and keeps the litter box consistently clean.
My cat adjusted to it quickly, Emptying the waste drawer is simple, and the companion app makes it easy to monitor usage and know when it needs attention.

Petcove Automatic Cleaning Cat Box
I've never written a review, positive or negative in my life (and I'm 69 years old). Obviously I've purchased many things from cars to toys over the years and I must say that I've never experienced the quality customer service that I received from CM at Petcove. After contacting him when I experienced an issue with the automatic cat litter box he asked a few questions then sent me an email with troubleshooting tips and clear instructions for submitting information needed to initiate replacement if the problem persisted. I was unable to get our old unit to work properly and informed CM. He immediately began processing replacement of our unit, kept me informed of the progress, almost daily, and reached out when the unit arrived, which was 3 business days after notifying him of the issue! Petcove is serious about satisfying their customers. I highly recommend purchasing their products, you will be happy with their support.

Butch, was very attentive from his very first email to his last. The self cleaning machine unfortunately stopped working. He helped guide me through some trouble shooting and ultimately ended in them sending me a new machine. Extremely happy with how professional and how customer service oriented this process was. A+ customer service
I contacted Petcove for help with my PurrTek Smart Self Cleaning Litter Box after the bottom pad had broke, and CM took care of everything I needed. The process was quick, hassle free, and CM took care of every detail so I didn’t have to stress or worry about anything. Once my new unit shipped out CM sent me the tracking number and followed up to make sure I had received the product.
Definitely some of the best customer service I have had in a while!

Best Customer Servive I have ever had.
To start off, I really need to give a high five to my Customer Service Representative, Fred. I sent an email to Petcove support with an issue I’ve had for the last 3 months and I did not expect to receive a response for a couple days. However that was not the case. I got a return email within an hour or less and followed Fred’s direction to check my unit and sent photos as asked. Fred told me he sent the info to his team for review. I honestly did not expect another response for awhile, but the next day when I reached out to ask for any updates, he sent me a tracking number for the total replacement of my Petcove auto cleaning litter box. I was blown away! Never expected a total replacement. This is truly the best and most prompt to respond Customer Service Team I have ever dealt with. Fred made the process so easy and pleasant. So Kuddos again to you Fred. I Love my Petcove product and their Awesome Customer Service Team. They truly stand behind their products and lifetime warranty.
