With 3 rescue cats this litter box has been a life saver. I was really bummed when I noticed that it stopped retracting. I contacted customer service and within 2 days they were sending me out a new litter box. Thank you so much for a hassle free experience

The Petcove Max automatic litter box is a great product, however, it suddenly began to malfunction. I contacted customer service and after a quick diagnosis, they opted to replace the unit. Alondra communicated regularly to keep me informed on every step of the process. Unfortunately, mechanical items can malfunction or break. But extraordinary customer service made this experience painless. Thank you.

I have had issues with my automatic litter box and PetCove had jumped right in to help resolve the issue. Alondra sent several strategies to try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately they were unresolvable and PetCove immediately sent me out a new unit. CUSTOMER SERVICE is fantastic and they totally stand for their products.

All I can say is wow what customer service is the best. They helped me with my litter box and since they didn't have a replacement they are shipping me a new one. Sooo excited

We were having some issues with our Petcove PurrTek Max litter machine that we purchased in Aug 2025. The machine kept saying the litter waste bin was full even when it was empty. I contacted customer service for help and Alondra was quick to respond and give us some pointers. We went through all of the steps suggested to try and remedy the situation. She had me send her video and pics of the control panel. After going through a few troubleshooting sessions, Alondra let me know they would be sending us a BRAND NEW litter box! Wow!! We got it a few days ago and it is working great! I think maybe we had a faulty machine. I also recently contacted customer service regarding our subscription order for waste bags and my interaction with them then was awesome. Quick to respond and help.

I have been so happy with my Petcove. I have two cats and they took to it immediately. My one cat is a scratcher and likes to dig in the littler. Because of this she raised the liner and I didn’t know what to do. I contacted customer service and they were amazing, they immediately responded and explained the liner was not in stock but would add me to a waiting list. I asked if I could purchase another model at a discounted price being that I am a senior and I don’t know if I would be able to replace the part. Because of the amazing customer service they are replacing my Petcove. I am so pleased with this company and I would purchase anything from them as they care about their customers. This is an amazing product and an amazing company. They have really come to this seniors rescue and I thank them for that. I have never been treated so well.

Alondra was a great help in helping me replace my litter box, as mine had a mechanical issue! Customer service at petcove is the best amongst the best. Will definitely reach out again if I need any assistance!

The product just didn’t work out for us but their customer service was amazing which has inspired me to want to try their product again in the future.

The motor of my litter box died, and I called expecting to be sent a new motor that I could put in. Instead, the representative I spoke with, Alondra, went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I called at 10 AM on Thursday, and by Saturday, there was an entire new litter box at my door. I am truly astonished at how wonderful and incredible and easy it was to resolve the issue, and I am a PetCove customer for life because of this! Thank you, thank you, thank you Alondra (and the PetCove team)! Fig and I truly appreciate it more than words can say!

My customer service experience with PetCove was outstanding. Fred from the customer service team was very helpful in addressing an issue with a bottom tray that was out of stock. He provided weekly updates, ensuring that I felt remembered and valued. After a month-long wait, Fred went above and beyond by sending me one-time only whole unit. I would like to express my great appreciation for Fred and the quality of service provided by PetCove.

We had a couple of issue with our first one. I sent a text and got a reply very quickly. CM has been awesome to work with. They done everything they could to make it right. With delay of parts to providing another box. I am grateful for the support and help I got from CM.

Had a wonderful experience with this company with a product I was going to fix myself, so I contacted them to get a parts replacement to do it and instead they replaced the whole unit for me unexpectedly, which I was thrilled about that they went above and beyond what was expected. I purchased my litter box back in 2024 and absolutely love it. Recently I was cleaning the litter box and broke a piece off. This wasn't PetCove's fault, it was mine. I usually remove it. I reached out looking for a replacement and within minutes (legit minutes) they responded back and was able to send out the replacement part. Thank you so much, Alondra!! What a great product and customer service is phenomenal! I reached out to inquire about a replacement liner. Gaby was quick and replied that they were waiting on more to come in and kept contact. I reached back out to check on the status and Alondra was quick to handle rhe situation immediately. I had an entire replacement in no time! I would recommend their products and will definitely be a lifelong customer!

I love our purrTek smart self cleaning litter box, but when It quit working, I called customer service and talked to Alondra . She was extremely helpful in getting me a replacement PurrTek. We’ve been using the Petcove Self-Cleaning Litter Box for over a year now, and it has truly made life so much easier. It keeps the litter area clean and fresh with very little effort on our part, and it runs quietly , which is great because it doesn’t bother our cat.

We did run into a small issue at one point, but their customer service took action immediately. The response was fast, professional, and reassuring. I especially want to mention Fred , he went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us.

It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like this. Highly recommend both the litter box and their amazing customer service — especially Fred! 😊

I don’t ever post reviews but Butch and the whole team at Petcove are some of the best customer service experienced I’ve ever had, no BS. They’ve gone far and above out of their way to take care of me even after my purchase. Can’t believe I’m saying this about an auto cat litter box company yet here we are! 10/10 highly recommend
