Engaged for a Level 2 Survey - really quick responses, managed to find us an earlier slot given pressures on timelines to complete too. Easy to read & understand the survey itself, didn’t need a follow up with the surveyor although this was offered. Overall, really great experience.

The report was clear, balanced and practical, with sensible recommendations and an independent valuation that gave me real confidence to proceed. Ask me again in 10 or 15 years, when I'll truly know whether the survey they did upon the house that I am hoping to buy was accurate or not. It's far too early to judge them on the accuracy of their work, but definitely worth more than four and a half stars in terms of being easy, polite and professional to deal with.
