Had a great first experience with Jean. Came back to a clean, pleasant smelling house with 4 happy, well cared for cats. Jean communicated with me whilst we were away, responding straight away to messages and sent photos, which was reassuring and allowed me to enjoy my holiday. Would recommend and use again.

If you’re looking for a company that will redefine the meaning of “unprofessional,” “ignorant,” and “rude,” look no further! From the moment they ignored my e-mails to the way they ignore my e-mails again like I was an inconvenience for daring to be their customer, the experience was truly… unforgettable. Their customer service skills are so nonexistent, they could teach a masterclass in how not to run a business. Honestly, if being dismissive and condescending were Olympic sports, they’d take home the gold every time. Bravo! 👏
Waste of time, please avoid!

Mark and Lucy look after my dog so well. He is an old boy now so needs some special treatment and it is good to know he is safe and patient hands.

Lucy and Mark are lovely and look after my cat like I do. I don’t worry about my pet when I’m away so that’s very important to me.

They are always completely reliable and have our dogs best interests at heart in every they do. Our dogs love them and we trust them completely

Monique is a great pet sitter. She has been looking after our cat for a number of years now. It’s really easy to book time for her to look after our cat, even sometimes at the last minute. We really appreciate the service, it’s so much better for our cat that he doesn’t have to go into a cattery.

Monique walked our dogs for a week whilst we were on holiday. Very accommodating, as qiite last minute. Lovely lady, dogs really warmed to her. Professional service, would highly recommend

Teddy had a great time with Helen and Paul first time away from home and settled straight away we would highly recommend

Petpals Romsey
We have used Petpals Romsey for a couple of years now and can honestly say they have been the best dog walkers & cat feeders we have ever used.
Matt & Louise really care for the animals they look after, tailoring the walks to suit the dogs needs and age etc. In the hotter months, the walks will be in shaded, cooler areas and they'll avoid the hottest times of day.
They both are very knowledgeable about pet care and pet first aid.
It is clear from the way our dog greets Matt or Louise that he is very happy and excited to see them. A recommendation on it's own.
Our previous experience with OTHER Dog walkers, (inc a large well established local dog walking service) incudes, loosing the dog and loosing the house keys on a few occasions!
Matt and Louise pay attention to the dogs they are walking and the only time you'll catch them on a mobile phone is to photograph the dogs out enjoying themselves, which they often send to you along with a map of where they've been.

We were apprehensive about leaving our dog zues as he’s never been left with anyone outside of family but he has settled well and we were really pleased with the show around and on dropping zues off he was more than happy to go , would highly recommended pet pals and will be using them again .

Petpals Norwich have been fantastic. They looked after my very young cats, Bruce and Lucia for a week whilst I was abroad. I felt so reassured by their messages and updates.
