Communication needs improving
I ordered 2 Puffa Jackets online on the 3rd Nov 23 this sale was excepted. I was sent 1 jacket. I was then informed contact had been made with me I had no messages. I’ve had to chase up the jacket I’d purchased, only to be told that it was being sent out Wednesday 8-11-23 then I was informed it was being sent out first Class yesterday. Communication needs to be improved.

Ok quality, good price
The lead and collar are alright but they’re not the best quality, they got stained easily and were very stiff. Not an expensive brand so I guess good enough for what we paid.

Thank you Clive for your feedback. The Ancol leather is a great budget quality collar. It is made out real leather however in rainy condition the stain might come off for some colours!

Great company, I made a mistake when I ordered (ordered a L when I needed a S), I emailed them as soon as I realised and they rectified it immediately. Arrived quickly, very happy and will definitely order again.
The price was very good and was the best we could find anywhere.

Excellent service and accurate sizing of the step in dog harnesses on the item descriptions made for a stress free purchase. One of the 2 was not in stock directly from them but was via their Amazon stock which they arranged to be shipped immediately so both arrived same day
