Good coat at a good price
Bought Muddy Paws Stormguard coats for both dogs which I look after a few days a week.
Neither of them like to wear a coat but in this recent weather we have had they have both worn them.
Great cost as they keep the bulk of them dry and I only have to dry their legs and heads.

Very disappointing and zero communication.
Before my parcel arrived I noticed 2 invoices with different numbers in my emails. I checked my bank account and there were 2 separate payments taken. I looked at my order and confirmation emails and, as I expected, there was 1order for 1 item and confirmation of the same.
A few days later 2 identical items arrived in separate packages, with the 2 invoice numbers as per the emails. While I was awaiting delivery I made 4 phone calls across 3 days to their number, which states, 'we're here to help' - well they're not. I got an answering service each time saying they were unavailable and to leave my number for a call back. How many call backs have I had? Yep, precisely none. I now have the rigmarole of attempting to return one package in the vain hope that I'll get a refund. I won't be holding my breath, nor will I be using Petshop Direct again.

The reason you’ve received 2 different parcels is because you’ve placed two different orders 1 minute apart from each other. We do not know what has happened at your end and the reason behind, but we suspect a network issue or loss of internet connection at your end. You might have tried to contact us over the phone but unfortunately we had all our staff engaged in taking calls.
Recent bank holiday and Royal Mail strikes came with an increased number of customers contacted us. We always aim to answer calls when possible.
Checking our data base there is no email communication or message left via our website where we could have answer and resolve the situation. We understand your frustration and on this occasion I apologise for the delay in sorting this issue.
Return form and prepaid return label provided to return the duplicate order for a full refund.
