Pets own us should be very proud of their customer service! Wow what a company. Ordered a buggy for my dog, my fault wrong size. The company were brilliant and organised a replacement for me. Delivery was very quick. Prices reasonable. Cheaper than the company who makes the buggy’s own website. Thank you again for all your help.

My order was managed very well and I received the order on time. The order process was relatively straightforward. I wonder if there is a review of the actual item I purchased as I have feedback on the design and use

Great company to buy from nothing is to much trouble. Very quick response to emails very helpful and obliging. Returns simple with collection and pre'printed labels available. Lovely items quick delivery.

Fast delivery and amazing product!
My cats are happy!

Absolutely fantastic company! Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I wasn't sure which dog stroller to choose and they gave me great advice via WhatsApp with a couple of choices for my senior Chihuahua. Once I ordered, delivery was super fast and when the first stroller I chose was too big they organised it to be collected, delivered a smaller one and actioned my refund all within 48 hours. At every step the person I was dealing with was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and extremely efficient, going above and beyond. On top of that their products are great!
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and will be telling all my doggy parents to shop with them 🐾

So happy I found PetsOwnUs. After my disabled dog Tarsha had a small accident and injured herself, we were unsure if her sponsored walk (at that point just under 4 days away!) would go ahead. I searched online for a company that could deliver a suitable stroller on time, and PetsOwnUs was the only company that could deliver the stroller to the specifications I wanted (InnoPet Eco Comfort EPA) and before our sponsored walk. Not only that, PetsOwnUs read about Tarsha's story and wanted to be a part of her journey, so they offered the stroller at cost price. I never asked for any discount, let alone this generous offer, so I was blown away by their generosity. As they promised, they delivered the stroller on time. Thank you, PetsOwnUs, you enabled Tarsha to complete her fundraising, and so far we've raised over £2700 for the charity that saved her. Thank you for helping Tarsha continue her journey.

Pets Own Us has been absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with! The knowledge, customer service and insight to the best bike trailer/buggy for my very large Goldendoodle- Tacoma (9 years old and slowing down with age) ❤️! We just ordered our bike trailer/buggy and look for many outdoor journeys ahead together! Tacoma is our absolute world and couldn’t imagine not letting him continue enjoying life to the fullest as he’s always done! We truly are forever grateful for Pets Own Us and giving us a sense of safety and comfort through all the adventures planned with Tacoma ❤️

We are very pleased with our purchase of the Ibiyaya Speedy Evolution Pet Stroller and our experience with this company. We were initially hesitant to place an online order for a big ticket item not having seen it in person, however the website was very informative and the responsiveness of the company”s customer service department put our mind at ease. Delivery was really quick. It’s a fantastic stroller, we like the easy steering, its compact size, its weight and how quickly it will fold down / go up. We wish we had purchased it sooner.

We needed a pet stroller for our ageing dog and found one at Pets Own Us. Unfortunately when it arrived we found we had ordered one that was too big for the house/car and for my wife to push.

I contacted Pets Own Us about a return / exchange. It was so easy. It was all done via WhatsApp with a response from them an immediately. They handled the pick up and the ordering/shipment of the new one.

We are delighted with the stroller. It’s given our old girl a new lease of life as she can go out on walks again with her younger sister.

Thanks so much Pets Own Us. You have been brilliant!

Great customer service and great product!

Excellent company.
Ordered the innopet adventure stroller for my elderly dog and there was a manufacturing issue with it. Contacted Patrick and he went the extra mile and within fifteen minutes of contacting him our replacement stroller was on its way and collection arranged for the faulty one. Amazing customer service so caring and understanding. Thank you so much I have one happy dog

We found petsownus to be an excellent company and the Sporty Evr stroller for our older medium sized 20kg rescue staffie. There was a slight issue when it was delivered but this was rectified quickly and efficiently and we were so impressed with the friendly customer service we received via Whatsapp. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The stroller is easy for him to get in and out and has 3 flaps front/back and one at the top which all have zips and a handy storage compartment at the back. It also comes with a waterproof cover which we haven't had to use yet. The frame, wheels and build quality are very sturdy. It folds down compactly for easy storage and is easy to manouver & also has a brake. All in all we are very impressed with the Sporty Evr. We also purchased the cup/phone holder accessory which is very useful. Thank you petsownus 👍🏻

Very impressed with pets own us service. Parcel arrived quickly and very well packaged. Easy to put together with good instructions. Also very happy to find the product cheaper than elsewhere and received a further discount giving us an even better saving. Would recommend.

Absolutely life changing product. My blind dog adjusted very quickly and loves his pram! He once again loves going to his favourite parks. Very smooth ride and easy to control and travel around the city. Would recommend if you have a pet with any sort of mobility issues.

Absolutely excellent service and products- have bought a few thinga from Pets Own Us over the years and will definitely buy from them again!

Unfortunately, although I purchased 3 different sizes of the Walkin Warrior harness, none fitted my lean 11 year old Dobermann just right. Pets Own Us were excellent in their return and refund policy. You can buy safely from this company, knowing that if the item is not right for your particular needs they have a no quibble return policy.

We purchased the stroller for our 2 cats, and it arrived quickly. We love the stroller, and the babies enjoy their outings too! We are very happy 😊😊😊

Excellent service. All my queries were promptly answered prior to ordering the stroller. Parcel arrived in time frame stated and was in perfect condition.
Very happy with stroller and also very happy with the help I received prior to purchase.
I have used this company previously, that was also an excellent service/experience. The price was also very good too

I recently bought an InnoPet Comfort EFA ECO stroller from Petsownus for my 12 year old Cavalier King Charles spaniel. He has a severe heart murmur and is very arthritic, so is no longer strong enough to go for walks. However, the stroller I bought is absolutely amazing and has enabled me to start taking him to his favourite lakeside spots again along rough terrain. It is really easy to push and, after some initial anxiety, my dog now seems very relaxed and comfortable sitting in it.

The customer support I received from Patrick was absolutely second-to-none. He kindly answered all of my queries prior to my purchase and reassured me that my choice of stroller was the right one for my dog’s needs. It was very competitively priced compared to other online retailers selling InnoPet dog strollers I checked. The stroller was shipped to me very quickly (I received it less than 48 hours after placing my order) and was well-packaged. I found it very quick and easy to put together. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. Thanks a million!

Great service and excellent communication
