As always, Sally was fantastic with my two. Only a short stay this time but cant thank her enough for the love & care she shows them whilst they stay with her. She always keeps me updated with photos, videos and messages and i’m fully able to relax when they are with her knowing that they’re being well cared for.

Felt my dog was well looked after and all instructions carried out. Updated daily with photos and communications with all staff vet good.

PetStay have been great throughout the whole process. I enquired online and had been put in touch with Barbara within a couple of days. Barbara was friendly and professional on the phone and she soon connected me with Faye.
We went to visit Faye and Brodie loved her and was relaxed in her home. Faye was very welcoming, knowledgeable and approachable. She asked lots of questions to find out as much about Brodie as she could.
Bodied had a great time with Faye and her family. They treated him as part of the family, a real “home from home” and we had regular updates.
We will defiantly be using PetStay, and Faye again, and will be recommending them to all of our doggie friends.

Pearl stayed for two nights with Cath and Jim and she was obviously very well looked after. Cath sent lots of lovely photos of Pearl and we really enjoyed getting these while we were away. Thanks to Cath and Jim for looking after Pearl so well.

Both sue and Alison have been so helpful and accommodating with our little Zeus. We were quite last minute at arranging the stay and sue managed to find us a carer and arrange meet up very promptly and smoothly.
Alison cared for Zeus like her own dog , we received photo updates twice a day everyday. She has gone above and beyond when it comes to making sure Zeus is settled and well cared for. Thank you Alison !

I felt from the start that Viv would understand and like my dog, and she did and both had a great time. I'll be very happy to use her services again

Julie has looked after JC before but this time he was staying a full week
Julie sent me a message a few days later to say he was being good . 😄

I didnt pick him up so he was home first ! When I arrived home he looked so well and happy 👌

My dog was treated like one of the family by his lovely carer. It gives me huge peace of mind to know how happy is is when I'm away.

Excellent my dogs were looked after so well they were reluctant to come home 😁loved the daily updates on what’s app truly made leaving my little old ladies easier. Highly recommend.

The single most important element in our holiday planning is care for Willow. If that cannot be sorted the holiday isn't happening.

The recent experience with PetStay carer Carole was excellent in all respects. First there was a hitch with the originally booked carer no longer being available but Sophia sorted that out and offered Carole, a new recruit, as an alternative. From the very first contact Carole was obviously a perfect choice.

She was anxious to get to know Willow so we did a couple of introductory visits. She and Willow got on famously. Carole lives in a lovely rural spot with a big enclosed garden and plenty of lovely walks locally. As Willow is accustomed to that environment it was perfect.

Carole sent us photos and a short video of Willow doing what Willow does - playing ball.

My only reservation in recommending Carole is a selfish one - I don't want her to be booked up when planning our next holiday.

Roy made our experience great. Yet again he looked after Evie like she was his dog. Evie is very much at home with Roy. The experience and care that Roy has is second to non. Thank you again Roy and hopefully we'll be back soon.

Our Yorkie, Lexi, had only stayed with family before, so home boarding was a big step. Jason answered our enquiry promptly and explained the process thoroughly. After meeting Tony and Charis, we immediately felt confident booking Lexi’s stay.
Lexi has now enjoyed two holidays with them, and we couldn’t be happier. She is treated like one of their own, and the family have taken the time to understand her needs. We also appreciated the regular updates and photos while we were away.
We were able to enjoy our holidays knowing that Lexi was happy. Thank you so much to Tony, Charis and family; we truly appreciate the wonderful care you gave her.

Poppy stays with Alison and Frank when we go away on holiday and has a lovely time. She has made lots of friends and gets very excited when she realises where we are going. She has stayed with them on many occasions now and we don’t have any qualms about leaving her. It’s a real home from home.

Our lab Grace has stayed with Lorraine and family 3 times now and we are very pleased that she has what feels like a home from home. It's a happy and busy household and Grace clearly enjoys being there and seems to be very much herself. Lorraine communicates well, sends great pictures and is really on it. I don't worry about Grace at all now while we are away. Thanks!

Excellent experience with Pet Stay and Barbara who sorted out our dogs staying with a lovely couple nearby. Fantastic service and my dogs had a lovely holiday! We have booked again for a future holiday.

The organisation is very efficient and helpful. Our carer Linda Mark is wonderful and we know that Muffin is going to be well looked after and cared for. We would not entrust Muffin to anyone other than Linda. She is excellent in every respect. Thank you.

My young border collie had a lovely time whilst staying at Sophia’s.
He was treated like a member of the family and when I returned he was relaxed and calm, he had hardly noticed I was away.

Ernie had a 3 week stay with Lindsey and Mike and he had a fabulous time. They took such good care of him and he is quite a handful at 9 months old! He came home better behaved than when we left him, they have the magic touch.

We used PetStay for the first time Aug / Sept. Right from the off very helpful and informative, in matching our dog Willow with right person to look after her. Eileen was wonderful and we had no problem leaving Willow as we knew she would be well looked after. Would highly recommend Petstay and will certainly use again.
