I use this service all the time since being diagnosed with ADHD, if I forget they are able to help with appointments and delivery of your medication Monday to Sunday I can’t speak highly enough and be afraid to ask, even as an ADHD person now I’m confident that they will help 😊👍

10000/10 !!!!!! Communication is BRILLIANT, always kept in the loop, I can not fault this service what so ever, it’s straight forward, simple & easy. They do exactly what they say they will, prescription is always delivered on time, I’ve not had a single issue so far, and I’m confident that if I did it wouldn’t be hard to resolve / impossible to contact them. Always despatched my medication on time. I'm in N.Ireland w/ private GP in London who use Pharmazon. I've never had any issues.
Only slightly annoying thing is their emails are filled with emojis, bold lettering, highlighting and ALL CAP's in some places. Not enough to mark them down a star, but it would be something I'd like to see change. Just a simple email or have Claude Code create an HTML/CSS email that works for Outlook/Gmail if a sleek design is what you need.

Good service.
Generally a good service. Once the prescription is sent it, is delivered in a timely manner.
I do find it difficult to ensure I'm in for Royal Mail deliveries as I work full-time. Often, I've had to change plans to ensure someone is in. There must be another way. I'd love to find a less stessful solution.

Thank you for your reply. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know your feelings, whist many patients find our service convenient we do understand that being home for deliveries may not always be possible.
Due to this we are able to send your medication to an alternative address, whether that is a work address, post office or a relative's address, as long as we have email confirmation of where you would like it sent and the most optimal date, we will do all we can to accommodate.
I hope that this does help, the vast majority of our medication deliveries with our courier companies require a signature to ensure the right medication reaches the right patient at the right time.
We hope to be able to help you in future and make your future experiences with us better!

Excellent company for delivering…
Excellent company for delivering prescriptions. My Dr dispatches the prescription, they send a link asking for payment and it turns up on time each time. They also communicate well through email, text and telephone and have very helpful people answer the phone who always go the extra mile to assist if there is any issue. My view is its an excellently managed business that is reliable, effective and if there is any problem, they answer the phone and always keen to help.

Pharmazon are quick and consistent
Pharmazon are very efficient. Great communication, and consistent service. Each month I need to order mine and my son's ADHD medication. Pharmazon communicate when they will send out the medication for delivery and I can rely on their consistent service every month. I'm so happy I found Pharmazon. I can manage repeat prescriptions through the Patient Access/NHS app, Pharmazon get in touch via email to confirm details, and our medication gets delivered to our door. I love that I don't have to physically go to a pharmacy. I recommend Pharmazon to anyone who mentions having to go and get their prescription from a physical pharmacy.

This is definitely my preferred pharmacy
This is definitely my preferred pharmacy to use for my regular medications - they are reliable and trustworthy in my experience.
As much as I'd love to, I can't give a full 5 stars though because I really dislike the payment system - as a software engineer, it feels badly made (especially on mobile) and potentially insecure so I get anxiety every time I put in my card details. I'd much rather have a link to google pay or similar and I'm also not keen on the delivery address confirmation email dance

We have sent these payment links for the last 6 years and have processed 1000's of payments. I can assure you that the payment links we use are secure, safe and that all of your sensitive information is protected.
Over the last few months we have been making the final tweaks to our online platform - Gowello, which will help streamline the payment and delivery address confirmation process.
We have started going live and have received very positive feedback so far. Once we are confident it can meet the needs of all of our patients we can look to offer this to more patients.
